Went here on 12/13/2025. Older darker skinned woman was working the front along with a mid to late 30's guy. First as I walked up to the counter she was talking to other people in the back still facing me then stood there looking down. When I ask her if she was ready she told me that she had been waiting on me in a rude tone of voice so I gave her my order and payed I stood there waiting for my receipt and she told me to move along it would take a while when I ask for my receipt her exact words for real why do you want that and walked back and ripped it off the printer with along of about 6 others she took the ones that wasn't mine and thew then in the floor and slammed it down on the counter. When i went to get my food the guy that was working back there along with her threw my bag of food on the counter and said here and stomped away. The service was just the worse I had ever seen and I been going there since I was a teenager and I'm in my 50's now. Not sure how they can get away with treating customers that way and remain open but if I walk in there again and they are working I will turn around and leave and find another place.

The food was excellent, the booths were clean unlike a certain restaurant were have it your way leads to fearing that you might get a STD from a toilet seat

We went through the drive through, and the lady taking our order simply sounded rude. When we went to the window, they couldn’t tell us our drinks, gave us a watery shake (absolutely no thickness), gave us the wrong sandwich, and didn’t recap our order (at the order speaker). We had to pull forward, which was fine, but they took forever and eventually had to go inside to get our food. The lady who took our order was complaining to I assume her manager about going home with a severely rude tone. Overall terrible service, but the #11 Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good, I guess.

A bit outdated, but the crew is always friendly and the food is good.
The woman asked me at the drive through if I would like to try the new smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I said yes. When I got to the window she had charged me more than the sign said. She said I asked for cheese which is 50 cents more. I told her no, that cheese was included on the sign. She said no it wasn't and asked me what I wanted to do now. I told her never mind and took the sandwich. Before I left the lot I opened my breakfast sandwich and noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich. She gave me the regular sausage biscuit sandwich. I pulled into the parking spot and walked inside. When I pointed it out to the manager, he was very frustrated at me and in a hurry to get me out of there. I told him I didn't understand what the problem was because she asked me if I wanted to try the new smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit and I said yes and then she gave me something else and charged me more for it. That's messed up. I must say that i would have out one star except that the kitchen help were kind and got my correct order out quickly. No apology from the manager or the lady at the window. I will not return due to the bad service and rudeness of the the upper management. The breakfast sandwich did not merit $5 either.

Got food from Hardee’s yesterday. The burgers wasn’t that great. The buns were like they just come out of the freezer. Buns came apart before we got halfway through the burgers. The fries was good. This really disappointed us. We had all ways liked Hardee’s.

Food tasted good and was fresh. Fries are better than some other chain fast food restaurants. It arrived in good time. I thought it overpriced though because it cost over $30 for 2 meals and a shake. We were the only customers in store, there are only two employees working, and only a handful of customers came through the drive-thru during the time we were here yet the store was dirty. There were only 3 employees since it was low traffic time but the floors were sticky and had food and trash on it. The tables were sticky and not wiped down very well. Staff were friendly though and I have no complaints about the service. They even brought our tray out to us. Toilet was disgusting and I wouldnt use it.
