Starting to see why Hardee's are hardly found anywhere these days. Service was fairly quick for drive through. Food was abhorrent. Ordered the Frisco melt combo, medium size. Cost...$14.25. You've got to be kidding me. Over priced would be an understatement. Not to mention the poor quality of food. Hard pass on this place.

Went through the drive thru tonight. For starters the workers or lack thereof acted like I inconvenienced them when I came through the drive thru. I order the new maple bacon burger and curly fries and a mushroom Swiss and curly fries. The best thing I received was the coke zero. I had only been gone 5 minutes, got out my maple bacon burger. The food was cold, the fries tasted like they was just put back in the fryer to heat up because they were super crunchy. Got home and my wife opened up her mushroom Swiss. Ummmm where the crap are the rest of the mushroom. 3 or 4 tiny mushrooms and barely any cheese on there to feed a fly and I paid $30. What a joke of an establishment. Will never be back. Talk about stealing your money.

Walked in only two in place waited 15 to 20 minutes no one came to front to wait on us . Could see them in back with head phones on hollared no one came we walked out and went to Denny's to eat.

Very disappointed with service. Waited for 8 minutes for my order at drive through after vehicle ahead of me drove off frustrated and left without their order. Went inside to see what the problem was.
Two tables were occupied and part of them had just received their order. 4 people working at the time. Cashier said someone had quit and they were training someone. Apologized to the other customers and walked out. It will be long time before I return.

The food was all right, about the same quality as any other Hardee's. I went through the drive-thru and it seemed like it came out in a reasonable time. The only complaint I have is they are very stingy with the sauce.

The food was barely edible. I ordered 2 chicken wraps. Both were so nasty that I could not eat them. Soggy chicken and no flavor from the sauce. My dog wouldn't even eat it! My husband ordered a monster burger, which was about half the size that it used to be, and the burger patties tasted like they had been injected with charbroil flavorings. He was starving but couldn't finish the burger because the flavor was so overwhelming. We paid almost $30. for food that went straight into the trash.
The drive thru service was fast, and the cashier at the window was very sweet. My food was hot and fresh. Most of the time my food from there is warm at best. Today they were on point. Good job and please keep up the good work!!
