Ordered a 8-piece bucket of chicken, mac and cheese and corn it was provided in a timely manner but when we went to eat it at our location we found there was no silverware or napkins in the bag It is kind of hard to eat mac and cheese and corn without silverware and you kind of need napkins for Kentucky fried Chicken.

Every time we try to order original chicken they have to give us mixed chicken because they are out of original, last time they didn't have enough biscuits. They are always rude if you want a bigger meal. They are fine if it's for one maybe 2 people but if you have a bigger family and need the bigger meals they get upset.

Mobile order. Was to be ready at 5:30pm. They finally brought it out to me at 6:10pm. When I said something about it being 40 minutes late the employee didn't care. Called the store manager and she didn't care either. And after waiting all that time the order was wrong. Avoid this store unless you like bad service and rude employees!!

Pretty disgusted how filthy this place was. All but one soda was out and no ice was available. Food was cold and greasy. One of the worst places I’ve ever been. Stay away from this place

Went to drive thru was told had to order on app what we wanted and to pull into the pick up spot which is not designated. App showed order ready drove back through drive thru and was told 6 more minutes. Very disappointed

Good food, not too long of a wait. Service was lacking, an older female was yelling and berating a young male worker at the counter and kept griping and yelling the entire time we were trying to eat. We hurried up and ate, then left. The soda fountain was out of Dr. Pepper syrup, maybe if there wasn't so much bickering and yelling she would have known.
Greetings ordered family pack 30 dollars got just enough to feed two people...really folkd

this was a horrible experience. The manager had glasses , brown-ish hair and was just absolutely horrified to deal with i understand the church rush is not easy but as someone who has worked with many many managers i know how you deal with stuff. After asking for a refund because our food was cold she mouthed the comment “i don’t have time for this” if you don’t have time to make customers orders correctly you should not be a manager. i will not be going back to KFC here in neosho.

This is a dirty poorly managed store… the staff is not friendly at all. The sweet tea was soured, when I looked at the container it said discard by 4:30… it was after 6:30.. I asked for some from the drive through and the drive through lady snapped at me and said “well I can give you what I have” I said can you make some fresh and she completely ignored me. It was soured as well. Then when we got our food, there was barely any gravy, the potatoes are awful. They’ve changed the biscuits and they were so dry.. won’t be back!
