Ordered a 8-piece bucket of chicken, mac and cheese and corn it was provided in a timely manner but when we went to eat it at our location we found there was no silverware or napkins in the bag
It is kind of hard to eat mac and cheese and corn without silverware and you kind of need napkins for Kentucky fried Chicken.

Never have anything ready on time, always have to wait for something quality of food has gone down hill. Price has went up on everything. P.s. you are never told that they are out of something or there is a wait, until after you pay.

Good food, not too long of a wait. Service was lacking, an older female was yelling and berating a young male worker at the counter and kept griping and yelling the entire time we were trying to eat. We hurried up and ate, then left. The soda fountain was out of Dr. Pepper syrup, maybe if there wasn't so much bickering and yelling she would have known.
