I just got done eating at Mazzio's in Neosho, it was amazing! I had the buffet. My waitress was amazing. I don't eat pork and my fiancé had asked the manager if he could get a beef pizza made since I don't eat pork. Not only did they make it, but my waitress served me how many pieces I wanted. Amazing customer service and amazing food.

Never had a buffet at Mazzio's before so I decided I'd try it out. Needless to say I left hungry! I showed up at 11:44 waited until 12:40 for them to restock the buffet and it never happened. I ended up taking a couple pieces of dessert pizza. And only one slice of regular pizza which I think was either beef or sausage I don't know. That was good but a little steep for what little bit I got. And this Pizza buffet charges the drinks separate just FYI. They said will take the drink off so I paid for the buffet which still wasn't worth what I paid for the drink in a couple slices of dessert pizza. I will never ever go back 2A Mazzio's Buffet

The prices have skyrocketed while the service and quality have bottomed out. Used to be a fantastic place to eat. Now it’s sub par.

Was welcomed and seated right away, waitress was great! My only co.plaint it the price seems very steep for the quality. Pizza was sub par at best and most was over cooked. Salad bar was stocked well but again over priced in my opinion. Very pricey for a family to eat there considering the quality of food. Otherwise a very nice place.

When me and my mom entered, I guess the servers/hosts were talking with their friend who also seemed to be a guest/customer. Took them a few minutes to even notice us which was bad service. When our host finally took our order, I noticed small pile of dirt and dust that was left from sweeping. It wasn't even in a corner or to the side, it was out in the open for us to step over. The place was also pretty dirty. The wait time was pretty long too. And when the food arrived, the pasta was a little undercooked and the pizza was burnt. Other than that, it was mid.

Tried this Mazzios again. Same poor service. Waitress didn't even know what foods they had on special. Previously, I reviewed here and on the Mazzios website to only receive an email from corporate stating that this location is independently owned and to contact the store.

Mazzios pizza is so delicious. In my opinion seems a few steps up in quality compared to other pizza chains around Neosho. The ranch is also housemade and a must for me when getting anything from here!! Their garlic fries also get a chefs kiss. 👩🍳 I recommend 👌

Even though it took several minutes to be seated. I am giving 5 stars. On Monday my husbands grandma passed away unexpectedly and we’ve been having a rough week. We last second decided to go out to eat this afternoon for lunch with 2 of our little ones. We were seated I believe with the server Jackie. Very sweet very precious woman. She checked on us every chance she could and not only that, but due to my husband missing work with everything going on and funeral arrangements being made, we are tight on money but were going to pay with our credit card. Jackie said no worries, she would cover it. Thank you thank you thank you. We always ate at mazzios in Arkansas with his grandma when we could. So thank you so much for that today. Even though you may not have known what was going on our lives, you were a heavenly light we needed today. ❤️

Enjoyed my entire Dining experience; the atmosphere was very family oriented, the Salad bar was inviting with the look of it to the options offered ,to the taste ...Pizza was delicious I enjoyed the thin Crispy crust that I wasn't expecting it was Yummy & the deserts were melt in your mouth good, can you tell i enjoyed myself & return in the future
