They have a machine you can put your order in on, but you can’t pay on the machine so you have to go to the counter do your order all over again and then pay put a sign on the damn machine it says out of order

The poor guy at the inside register this poor boy was doing 4; different jobs register, bringing food to people in the dining area,working on the food line and making coffees. While we watched the manager just telling people what to do. So I hope this boy knows I was impressed with him !! He will go places in life!!

IT TOOK 2 TRIPS THRU THEIR "SLOW" DRIVE-THRU TO "NOT" GET THE FOOD I PAID FOR, THE 2 LRG. ORDERS OF FRIES I HAD ORDERED WITH THE $42.79 Total, were Not there in the bag and the Burgers I had ordered were not doubles of meat and the wrong size and I didn't order happy meal kids burgers and I called the manager when I realized what a screw up this was and she said ...sorry, but we're closed now just bring the Receipt back in Tomorrow and we will make it "RIGHT" WITH ME.... EXCEPT THE RECEIPT WASN'T IN THE BAG EITHER....

I am genuinely baffled at how simple it is to take an order and still completely mess it up. This location is the reason people argue fast food should still be $7.25 an hour. If accuracy and basic attention to detail are too much to ask, maybe it’s time for some new management. Do better

My biggest complaint is they mark the order "now serving" before they even start it, then you have to wait 30+ minutes and hope they don't forget your order or lose the ticket. There's only a 50/50 chance your order will be correct when you get it and don't bother saying anything because it takes a good 10+ minutes to get anyone to acknowledge you and God knows how long before it will be fixed. I'm also a DoorDash driver and it's starting to get on my nerves that they are causing my ratings to drop. Most deliveries from this McDonald's are at least 20 minutes late. I waited over 20 minutes today for a delivery that was literally just 2 sodas. It was on the screen marked now serving when I walked in, everyone else was served and the screen was cleared and I still hadn't received the order. I finally got their attention and within 10 minutes had the order, but there was no ticket so I'm assuming they lost it and forgot it and had to look it up to fill it.
By far the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. Multiples times these people have got my order wrong or handed me the wrong order. Burgers arènt even put together properly. Sometimes there is ketchup sometimes there isnt. These people want $15 an hour i'd rather they get a paycheck to not work anywhere. I would rather pay them to not work.....

Workers are so slow Everytime I come in it takes so long to get anything and the kiosk always messes up and screws you out of the deals you use

Every time I come here the wait time is ridiculous and most of the time our order is missing something!! Management needs to do something to fix the lack of efficiency and accuracy with customer orders it’s really a shame!!
