This McDonalds, is the slowest. Took 20 minutes to get 2 mocha frappes, the other coffee machine for macchiatos is always broke. The floor is slippery with grease residue. The lady behind the counter is rude

Really sad. The worker had no idea what he was doing at the drive thru. When asked if they were doing the buy one double cheeseburger and get the second one for a dollar, we were told that they only offered that on the double cheeseburger deal, (which is what we asked for), and he had put us down for just regular cheeseburgers. Seriously, I've worked for McDonald's, (recently), before and I know it's absolutely NOT that complicated to tap the picture of the sandwich that was ordered. At least the manager was on the headset too and immediately corrected the employee. But come-on! At least properly train the staff before you just toss them into a position that projects your image to the public.

I come here about twice a month. 90 + percent of the time I order coffee they come up with some reason they can't serve it. Usually the espresso machine is down. Today it was working so they had to come up with other reasons. If you're in a car and want coffee just go to 7brew over by walmart.

If I could leave no stars I would I placed a CURBSIDE ORDER waited over 15 minutes for my order ended having to INSIDE TO GET MY CURBSIDE ORDER after being completed ignored and then was rudely spoken to when trying to find out where my food was!!

Stopped by around midnight and tried to order through the drive through. I ordered a shake, burger and mcnuggets. I waited in the drive through for over 15 min then just left. There was one car in front of me that was still at the window when I came around the block.

Just got my meal . My chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise it dropped three huge globs on my clothes. It tasted old and cold. They charged us for dipping sauce for our fries.

30 mins at a truck stop location for 3 chz burgers 1 fry and 1 hamburger happy meal with fries and chocolate milk. No special instructions. We're truckers. Truck stop locations need to learn truckers are in a hurry they don't make money if they aren't moving and they're on a schedule. That's why we walked out after throwing the receipt on the counter and telling them to give it to someone else. The manager cancelled the order!!! After my husband told them to give it to someone else! 30 minutes and you can still cancel it really!?! McDonald's you lost us as customers forever we don't Have to go to any of your restaurants and this one ruined it completely for us!!!
