Always a good place to stop, my average time here was about 15 minutes..get back on the road.
The auburn haired girl (didn’t catch her name) was extremely rude to me for no reason. I was just trying to grab my kids some food before practice. I asked her if there was bbq sauce and ranch in the bag and she walked away and said ya. I went inside to grab more and her manager acted like I had done something wrong. Obviously no consequences around there for bad customer service. No wonder the girl acted like she could act however she wants. Go to the other McDonald’s in neosho. We won’t be back here

This McDonalds is inside the Loves Travel Stop. Very clean, the customer service was superior for any McDonalds I've ever been in! Food was HOT, even the fries! There is also a drive thru at this location!

This McDonalds, is the slowest. Took 20 minutes to get 2 mocha frappes, the other coffee machine for macchiatos is always broke. The floor is slippery with grease residue. The lady behind the counter is rude
