I visited recently for the second time. The burgers in here are some of the top burgers I've ever had. And I realize that is a bit of a ridiculous statement, but honestly.. They are fantastic. They are juicy and full of flavor. The bartender was super nice and told us about the music upstairs. We went up there and had a great time. (don't care for the smoking, but it is a bar..)This place is gem, and should be treated as such. Growing up in this area, as a kid, there was NOTHING even close to this. I sure hope people keep supporting this place, because it is really great. The food is fantastic. We will be back soon!

Stopped in here randomly while in town for a meeting. Very impressed - this will be my spot in Neosho from here forward.

Last week we went to this Cellar place that the locals recommended; I was not impressed.

Osage Spring, however, is fantastic. Lunch special was a massive burger, drink, and a side for $12.99. I added onion rings because I'm not a communist and this is America. Burger was amazing and flavorful. Onion rings were homemade and crispy. And they kept the tea coming!

Even the checkout process was easy- receipt had a QR code that could could scan and use Google Pay. In Neosho? Stop and think about that for a minute - my mind is exploding.

Otherwise, the brick building is beautiful inside. Cool, warm-industrial vibe atmosphere; the main bar is a focal point. Very hip - again, in Neosho? From the outside, I didn't know what to expect - maybe vinyl seats and 70s tables? Not the case at all. Give this place a try.

If you are an old fashioned bar drinker and like western and like dining in old time then you will like the Osage Spring restaurant. I personally didn't care for it myself. The service is very good and the waiter was just wonderful and outstanding. You won't find any waitress or service like this anywhere. Very nice and high manners. Extremely kind and ready to serve whatever you like. I really didn't think the food was outstanding. Dry and not very flavorful. I took an order home for my adult son and the hamburger was very red inside the meat not done at all. The fries were awful, they weren't golden crusty brown at all undone particularly uncooked. My mom had the chicken fried steak and potatoes and gravy and loved it. She liked her meal. I'm just being honest. I really liked the people and the environment was nice. If you're looking more for a hot tasty meal then I suggest to go elsewhere. I don't usually criticize anyone. The food just could've been better.

Ignore the sign hanging next door. . .*this* is the best burger in town.
Get the Rock n' Roll Burger, try the mushrooms they come out like fries, and be sure to check out the pulled pork nachos! You get hometown service, with all that this means.
