Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

On march the 4th at 11:02 am i called to order pizza for our church event. when the employee answered the phone she immediately asked me to hold and sat the phone down. after about 20 minutes still on hold a member of our church drove to the papa murphy's location in neosho,mo 64850. still i waited for the employee to pick up the phone to take my order. i could hear the employee talking to someone. well our church member made it there and when she walked in i could hear the employee ask her if she ordered on line or called it in. our church member told her we couldn't call it in cause i was on hold. still she never came back to the phone at this point i hung up and called back and was immediately place on hold again. hung up and called back a 4th time with the same results. so called back and and i immediately asked to speak to a manager and she said there was not one there that she was alone then hung up on me. so i called back and she yelled at me and said she was going to call the police for harassment if i called back. so the following day i called and left my name and number for a manager to call me back. 3 days later i get a call from jessica is what she said her name was and would not tell me her last name. she was already aware of the situation and said she had watched the video from that day and said that day was one of there busiest days of the week. so i ask why on your busiest day was that employee alone. long story short manager wound up telling me to call corporate and hung up on me also! completely out of line!!!! been a week now and still no one has reached out to me!!!!!!!!!!! I'LL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pizza was good as usual, but not the new cookie dough. I don't know when they changed it, but it's not as good as the old stuff. It's an outsourced product, has no egg, too many chemicals, it doesn't smell right, and it's way overpriced.

As always the flavor is good but this time I was not impressed with mine also I had ordered extra cheese on both of my pizza's and well if what I got was extra cheese then a regular order wouldn't have had any cheese... it just seems that the quantity of toppings on the pizza's are to the point of next to nothing..more crust than toppings. Still good flavor and what I like not alot of sauce but the quantity of topping has really gone down...

Aryan was the only employee there at lunch and he was doing an awesome job answering the phone as well as making all the pizzas. Aryan deserves a raise! Papa Murphy's should be ashamed of their phone ap however. I gave up after an hour and called my order in.

Vegetarian options: They have salad, pizza options and calzones. Desserts too.

Dietary restrictions: You can design your own pizza including crustless.

Parking: There is lots of parking space.

Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair can get in the building but the door has to be opened by hand.

Shift exchange at 3:30pm made making my pizza take over 25mins. First guy completely stop making my pizza once the closers arrived. He dump our pizza on the next person

The female person behind the counter made my cowboy/pineapple pizza. She was rude & in such a hurry she sprinkled the cowboy herbs over the entire pizza. The pizza toppings were mounded. I should have asked for a remake of my pizza. Domino's next time!!!

Good service, quick and efficient friendly staff. Call in or use the app for faster service, especially Tuesday and Friday when the best sale prices are offered. But the wait is never long. Great deals and tasty pizza.

I filled out an on-line order. It evidently didn't go through correctly. They handed me a cheese pizza. I told them it didn't have any toppings on it like I ordered. I tried to just get my money back, and they wouldn't do it. I tried to get them to just give me the toppings, they wouldn't do it, as it mess up their count. I guess the customer always being right isn't taught anymore. I will never go back, and I will make it my life's work to warn my friends.
