I don’t understand why the pizza lady is so rude every time we order food here. She set someone off in the lobby tonight, I think she was being ignored haha. Always more crust than toppings, cold as usual. You know, typical Neosho food.

When we order food from Pizza Hut in Neosho, it’s usually very consistent. No complaints on the food itself. Our complaint is with the absolutely rude woman who is always there. I don’t know if she is a manager or just a team member, but she is there every time we decide to eat there. And every time she will have a bad attitude and is short and all around awful with her customer service. This evening we ordered carryout, and pulled up to the drive-through window. They have a sign on the window that says to honk or go inside because their bell is broken, so we honked. This woman whose name I do not know, but is always awful to customers, look up at us at the window multiple times. She was helping another customer, or at least I assume that’s what she was doing. She was talking to that person for a very long time. After she completed, helping the customer, or just simply talking to that person, she walked away and did not come to the window. We waited about five minutes more at this point. We’d already been at the window for 15 minutes. No one else appeared to be working at this point, so I decided to pull around and go in to try to get my order. Three other cars had already pulled up behind me. After entering the building, it took a while for someone else to find my order. There were two other people inside, waiting on orders and multiple cars at the window. I can tell you from being inside there were at least four people working, so why was no one manning the window? The woman that is always rude with customers, proceeded to be rude with me when I pointed out that we have been waiting for quite some time, and she just plain ignored us. I don’t know who is actually running this location, but she should not be the face of your customer service. This is how you lose customers. She makes it abundantly clear that she hates her job and makes customers feel unwelcome. I am confused as to why this woman, with brunette hair, still has a job at this location.

I pull up to the window and wait 15 minutes while the car behind me and another car pull up. I can hear the bell dinging inside and yet people multiple run by don’t stop don’t look out the window and don’t pay attention to the fact that there are cars lining up outside. I finally called after 15 minutes they picked up immediately and I told them there were three people waiting at the window and I had been waiting for 15 minutes. They said they would get someone to the window they never apologize the food is now cold because it’s been ready for a length of time and don’t apologize while at the window and don’t offer me to remake the pizza or anything. It’s really sad because this used to be a great restaurant and it really has gone downhill in the last few years. Definitely will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and I recommend you don’t either unless you like cold pizza and rude service.

Every time I’ve ordered it’s always been the best service, the food is always amazing and they always treat us with such hospitality. I normally never leave good reviews but the team here is always amazing. I’m not sure who was working tonight February 24th,2025 but they deserve the best, and the next time I go back and see the worker I will be leaving them a huge tip. Thank you Pizza Hut

Ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta.... It arrived super dry ... Added mushrooms and onions to it ... Veggies were super hard and under cooked... Haven't ordered anything through pizza Hut in years.... This was giving it a second chance.... still not impressed.... Staying with Domino's!!

I have had multiple experiences when I go through the drive thru where I am completely ignored and no employee comes to the window to ask about my order. My most recent visit was a change and a young lady was at the window. Unfortunately she informed me that my pizza wouldn’t be ready for at least another 10-15 minutes, essentially double the wait time. Frustrating. I only keep going there, as sporadically as I can make it, because my wife doesn’t really care for the other pizza chains in town

We will not order from here again.. this is 2x we’ve ordered the bbq pizza. It’s our favorite.. but I told them last time we were disappointed and the guy promised me we wouldn’t be this time .. 40+ dollars for 2 pizzas and 1 had awful huge lumps of gristly meat and one had barely any cheese!! We are done! Not even enough bbq sauce to tell it was a bbq pizza!! So frustrating!! ??♀️??♀️

I ordered delivery. Pizza was fantastic. Exactly the way I ordered it. Delivery was pretty slow. But it arrived fresh and hot. Those breadsticks though!! So good!
Stopped here to eat with our grandkids for dinner. There is no dine in here! Some BS about moving…

pizza is what you'd expect, regardless of positive reviews stating otherwise was notified they would not be running buffet or seating anyone. I'd reccomend going somewhere that can properly update their Google page.

We will not order from here again.. this is 2x we’ve ordered the bbq pizza.
