I frequently use the drive through and our Pizzas are always fresh and hot! The employees are always kind and helpful. They were really helpful figuring out how to redeem Book It pizzas as well!

Pizzas had lots of great ingredients and were very tasty. Only criticism was that we ordered thin crust and it got very hard as the pizza cooled off, and we wished we had ordered extra cheese and sauce, but overall a very tasty pizza! The facility was out of the basil pesto spread and called me to let me know, since I had ordered via the app, which was a nice service outreach!

I ordered carryout on accident and I immediately called to say I wanted to change it to delivery only to be hung up on at least 10 to 15 times plus another 20 that didn't get answered. The few times they answered, they put me on hold for several minutes with no resolution. Terrible customer service as well as just terrible service all the way around. Do better
First off, we love the day staff here... and... whoever owns this Pizza Hut needs to rethink their choice of General Manager. He is the rudest possible person to be in a leadership role. His employees are running around like crazy while we watched him yell at them from his desk in the corner to get front counter... we had already been greeted by the the lady that was also cutting pizza but he screamed at her rather than getting up to help us himself. Also he just sat there and let the phones ring as his workers did everything. They were so busy and managed to keep their smiles. We feel for the poor employees at this store having to work for that cranky person. We are only giving a 5 star review to the kind staff that always treat us so well.

I like Pizza Hut, I always use the app in order to get the best price and earn rewards to get free food. The menu has greatly improved they have added more sauces different styles of crusts and lots of veggies and meats. 👍
