Good food, however it is way over priced. The service is good.... But the vibe has changed so dramatically down there it feels like walking into a funeral home (even when it's packed). Im disabled and I take the extra effort to hobble past Sam's just to find a place with a pulce.
Very cool atmosphere with good food and service. Some of their non-pizza items are better than their pizza I think. Green chile chicken quesadilla is great!!!

We have been coming to Sam's Cellar for years and it's one of our favorite places in Neosho. This time we came for an after party post reunion. The food is great, the drinks are great, and the staff are amazing. This is definitely a must stop location for anyone visiting Neosho.

I really hate writing negative reviews but I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant a few weeks ago. Our waitress was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at us multiple times just for coming in because it was an hour before close. We came in at 9pm on Thursday for ladies night happy hour drinks and appetizers that was supposed to be from 8-10pm. They were annoyed that we came in even though we were super nice and they told us to hurry up and order bc they’re shutting down the kitchen and then after we were done and asked for our ticket to pay, we noticed none of us got our discount that they advertise, so when we asked if we could get the discount applied, she rolled her eyes and very reluctantly applied the discount. Some of us didn’t even ask because it wasn’t even worth dealing with her being so rude. Also, it really felt like they purposely played the loudest most annoying songs to get us to leave. They would switch back and forth from the loudest heavy metal music to it’s a small world children’s music and it was so loud we could barely hear eachother talking across the table. All this to say we were sad to experience this because we love supporting local businesses and this used to be such a neat place!
