Good food, however it is way over priced. The service is good.... But the vibe has changed so dramatically down there it feels like walking into a funeral home (even when it's packed). Im disabled and I take the extra effort to hobble past Sam's just to find a place with a pulce.
We have been coming to Sam's Cellar for years and it's one of our favorite places in Neosho. This time we came for an after party post reunion. The food is great, the drinks are great, and the staff are amazing. This is definitely a must stop location for anyone visiting Neosho.
Did a lunch here, fantastic server in the beginning, but due to age, couldn't serve drinks, so had to have older waitress come by and serve, this waitress was rude, unaccomodating to say the least, ask for more alcohol, sure she'll serve you less, other then that did was fantastic, atmosphere wonderful
