This is pretty pathetic I ordered a foot long chilli dog and this is what I get. Not to mention the girl at the window smashing the top and silverware into the top of my foot long coney. Garbage sonic just garbage. No wonder dam near all your stalls are empty.

We ordered online and when my husband went to pick up our order it wasn’t ready and the service was horrible. I finally sent him the receipt and when he showed it to them, we finally got our order. The food was cold to say the least. Plus I don’t appreciate how they kept pointing at my husband and laughing at his frustration. The order was supposed to be ready at 4pm which he was on time but he didn’t get back with the order until 4:30 pm.

Went through drive through and had to repeat the order 6 to 7 times get to the window order still wrong had to repeat again the girl at the window could not seem to get it was tires of repeating and raised voice so she might hear better management comes over does not help to make sure it’s right just starts repeating what was there then they get it right finally asked for 2 different payments one over $40 then wanted second payment and said it was $50 manager gave one item that kept getting left off after all a was said and done so I would “ stop yelling at her carjop” wasn’t yelling was speaking louder and aggravated due to multiple times of saying what I want have no desire to go back
