Every time I order online they butcher my order and I never get what I ordered. Typically pay around 50$ and time and time again I get ripped off because you hire employees that are nothing but insubordinate and irresponsible workers. Do better

I had ordered 3 sandwiches 3 in which did not have cheese, and one had ham added on when I did not ask for it. I coulda have had an allergy too ham and and ate it but luckily I had opened up my sandwich first I also added extra olives and got literally 10. I also asked for bags of chips and only got 1 out of the 3. Awful service. I also had ordered via drive through awful

This is the smallest sandwich I have ever seen, it measured at 4.5 inch barely in length and the across wasn't even 2 inches. I had gastric bypass 10 years ago and can only eat about a cup of food, I was able to eat this whole sandwich. Shame on Subway for being so greedy.

The New York style pizza is the best thing there, I ordered pasta I got ripped off it wasn’t even half full , the cheese steak sandwich was a disgrace meat was skinny all was there was peppers we pay too much to be played like that. They need to go to the east coast to be trained !!!!

I only have them one star because I couldn't give them a zero. I placed an order online which automatically defaults to this address. I just placed another order 5 min prior to a local address so I wasn't aware that it defaulted to that address. Long story short the order was sent to the wrong
store and they refused to refund my money. They said that no manager was on duty and there was no corporate number that I can call. Customer service is horrible at this store.

Stopped in and got six of the new dippers. Chicken &cheese. It was good tasting but was mostly bread very little chicken & cheese. Also got pepperoni ewe did not care for it at all. Subway has always had great food but as for me and friend not this time.

I ordered the Mexacali sub and they put absolutely no chicken on it like it’s supposed to have. I was really upset because who would want a sub without meat, and I couldn’t take it back because I was already home when I opened it and I didn’t feel like going back. I know one thing for sure is that I will not be back at this location!

9/10 times I go through the driveway my order gets messed up. If it’s just a sauce or bread or meat mess up I’ll usually end up eating it anyways so I don’t have to drive all the way back to get another sandwich but sometimes they're messed up so bad I just can’t eat it no matter how hungry I am and don’t have the time to go back to fix it. Last night I went with my partner and I had him order for me so I wouldn’t have to shout across the car into the speaker, so I heard him order correctly and make the correct adjustments to the sandwich multiple times, but when we got home my sandwich only had peppers and olives for the veggies, which were the only veggies he told them to leave out of the sandwich. So we went back and had it remade, but when we got home again there were jalapeños in it, hidden under the pickles so I wasn’t aware until my mouth was burning ? I always try the best I can to make it very clear on what I’d like my sub to be but somehow, 90% of the time it’s never made right unless I go inside to get it made.

This location is fumbling orders constantly, and this Subway does not accept discounts or coupons anymore. Would rather get Jersey Mikes if they are charging full price now.
