As a trucker my everyday food while driving is subway but nowadays they are
serving half of every order. I don’t mind paying little bit more but half of protein bowl for $12 is crazy.

Literally been standing in line for over 6 minutes no one have came out to help me or anything all just back they laughing and talking.

En says “butching about freshness” isn’t that your slogan something about freshness… then proceed to talk trash. I try to get my money back they just circle back around to making my sandwich then a manager comes in. Can’t really do anything in middle of the shift but nothing happens. Meanwhile my other half of my meal doesn’t get made so I have to address that. They forgot my dipper sauce.

Vell was very amazing. Good customer service I walked in. She was busy, but she still said she would be right with me as soon as she could. The place is very clean. The vegetables are not welting. They look delicious. Everything is so immaculate. I wish every other subway in the Missouri area was just like this I would give so many more stars, but I can’t so I hope you guys do something to appreciate your employee. Just wanted to add that this place deserves a higher rating than what is listed. A lot of people complain because they are inconsiderate. The food is great. The bread is not stale. They make it fresh daily. The customer service is amazing. You are going to a truckstop. it is gonna be very busy all the time but what you can really count on is great customer service excellent food and cleanliness people just need to stop making stuff up if I could travel over here every day I would come here every day and eat here because I am not lying all the other subways I’ve ever been to are just disgusting and have really poor customer service

Bread was so hard like it was 2 days old the tura was watering so nasty

With the volume of traffic this location receives I didn't expect to get stale, hard bread. The loaf also seemed narrower than it usually is. Did they shrink the volume again? Overall service was okay, just moving slow. Lots of room for improvement at this location. Would probably grab something from the Loves or McDonald's instead next time.

Came in and lady had bad attitude, no smile towards customer, acted like we were the worst thing ever, I get it’s late at night but slamming/throwing a pan out of anger? Is that really necessary, idk, didn’t really see name tag but wasn’t the best experience, really made the room feel a bit hostile and unwanted, keep your anger and frustration out of the workplace, be better, half of her was black, and then green was rest

The subway employees were very rude and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, I wait a good 5 minutes before someone came to help me and it took a very long time for each step because the person was very slow, a line started building up and no one came to help this one employee. I ask about it and they said they were new and the person training them wasn't helping. I ask if they were new and they said yes and they felt like no one was training them, I said I was sorry and gave them a 10$ tip. I'm am very disappointed that no one was helping this kid.
