I found it very strange that the restaurant is closed, only the drive through is open.

I.e. no restrooms and have to eat in your car. Not ideal after 12 hours on the road.

I’m leaving a five star review not because the establishment is necessarily nice but because I want this to be seen. I door dashed taco bell late at night on NYE and it took almost an hour and a half to get to me because the worker was left there by herself, completely alone with a line of people all the way out to the road. This is just absolutely unacceptable and bad management. The poor girl must’ve been pulling her hair out because of the stress and on new year’s eve of all days? Do better and look out for your workers, especially leaving a young girl unattended on a day that most people are out drinking? Do better and actually care for your workers, it’s ridiculous and there are absolutely no excuses for this. If you have no workers management should come in and help, and yes people do actually notice stuff like this.

I love Taco Bell. I love the food and I frequent it at least once a week. However, I unfortunately had an experience I am not pleased with💔. Outside on the front of their door they have a schedule on when their lobby closes, being 11 PM, every night. My group of 3, including myself, arrive at Taco Bell at 9. We were denied entry from the lobby, saying it’s being cleaned. We sit and wait, we then go through the drive through and was told that it will not reopen. We accept defeat and sit in the parking lot eating. 9 minutes before the lobby was supposed to close, a group much larger than ours requested access to the lobby, which they were GRANTED. The overall issue wasn’t that the lobby closed early, but, was that we were denied than later that was than fulfilled. It showed more of a lack of initiative of actually doing their job, and rather picking and choosing on when to fulfill obligations.

Me and my man wanted to try the Strawberry Passionfruit drink they had, but when our door dasher dropped our food and drink off, we got a goddamn sprite. I understand that they could’ve been out of whatever it takes to make the original drink but cmon… not to mention every time we order sauce packets with our food, they’re always the wrong ones. Always. If we wanted mild we would’ve asked for mild, thank you.

Ordered the $9 box which included two steak cheesey street chalupas. They had 2-3 pieces of meat in each, so I sent them back, and they were remade exactly the same way (see photo). It's wild that they expect people to be okay with a food product like this. Otherwise, service was quick and restaurant was clean.

Let me start with I am a huge fan of Taco Bell in fact me and my wife are one of its biggest supporters being my sister has had Taco Bell cater hers and my brother in laws wedding, in which I funded. That being said the service was below average at best me and my wife ordered 2x Baja blast, 2x crunchy taco, 2x grilled cheese burrito. We got one of everything, I immediately knew the bag was much to light to have all the items, not wanting to hang up the line they told me to move forward. WE SAT FOR 30 MINUTES before I went in they proceeded to fix my order. Just kidding they still forgot the other Baja blast I figured it would be best to cut my losses and go home but it was a overall horrible experience and I hope Taco Bell understands why I gave this unfine establishment 1 star.

This taco bell is the worse of all they never get order right at all. Went to get 9.00 lunch box they said i had to order online only to find out online order not working was told sorry have to order online. You all are so messed up you all need to go out of business or get new ownership. You are really horrible with customer service, food, not even made right.

This taco bell is hit or miss. And even when it hits, it ain't all that great. A lot of the time there's no filling is anything you get, and it's not even hot/fresh half the time.
I also REALLY am having a hard time understanding why they would stop serving breakfast, but then remain OPEN during breakfast hours. 🤔 Personally I'm not going to taco bell at 9am for a regular taco or burrito, I'm going for breakfast.
Just be aware when going to this specific taco bell location that your food will probably not be great (even to tbell standards), and you mostly like won't even get what you want to get.
If you can I would recommend taking the extra time and miles and just going to another location or the taco bell on Main St in Joplin.

If you have any food allgeries i wouldnt go here. I have alpha-gal and order black bean crunch wrap but instead of listening to my order they was just rushing me and not listening. Gave a reg cruch wrap instead of what i ordered. I eat some before checking now haveing a reaction to humburger that was in it. So just becareful and watch ur food
