This neosho facility never ceases to disappoint on being the worst fast food in neosho. Big taco bell fan and have been going and ordering the same things for over 10 years but the food from this one is terrible, the staff couldn't care less if you don't get what you ordered and are rude when they have to fix it and do there job. It's worth just driving to the next taco bell in the next county over to get it because unless you want some nasty mush with barely any meat cuz they skimp on it everytime; this taco bell isn't worth your time of day. Staff needs completely replaced or the franchise just needs to cut there losses and close down this one.

Having a store remain open when you are out of more than half of the ingredients to make menu items is ridiculous. I feel sorry for the employees that had to work through it. This store should have been closed early instead of creating a sub par experience for the customer base and the employees.

If nothing else the gentleman at the window makes your entire experience pleasant. He was extremely nice and tried his hardest to make the best of a not great situation.

Is it that hard to melt the cheese in your products? 2 times now. Looks like it was barely microwaved. The cheese on the outside of the new dipping burritos shows it toasted and crispy. Mine was half-assed melted on mine.

Ordered a crunch wrap and supreme hard taco. Service was good, crunch wrap was good. Ordered supreme hard taco with no lettuce and got this. Pretty disappointed and surprised at that.

This has got to be one of the worst Taco Bell franchises I have ever experienced repeatedly. Not only is the lobby always dirty, but the staff constantly has a piss poor attitude. On top of that, they constantly either give you the wrong order, close early, or claim to be out of product so they don’t have to serve you. Terrible location that needs to either close permanently or get a serious management overhaul.

The place was terrible, dirty tables and restrooms no one worked on the floor to even wash 1 table for the 45 minutes we were there there was some pretty big cockroaches crawling in the bathrooms and around the drink station.our food was cold so it wasn't fresh nobody cared to come out and see if everything was okay poor management I will not tell anyone to go eat there and I'll not come back this is the one in neosho mo.
Ordered a gordita crunch. It was dough wrapped around a taco. Had it sent back.. the replacement was the same. So undercooked ot stuck to the paper AND the taco, but not because of piping hot nack cheese, which was absent and replaced by shedded cheddar.

Orders almost always wrong , nacho fries are often half empty and cold. This place is really going downhill. The last time I was there , I ordered Baja blast and it looked like water, was told that's how it looks , I was in the drive thru, so I went in and replaced it with something else.

Order took 25 minutes to make. Dude in the drive-thru is always so nice, but the people inside hate their lives and it shows.
