Cooked with passion. Big servings with every bite being delicious. Who would have thought we could find such delicious food in such a small town. Worth a trip, go out of your way to try their delicious tamales, steak Quesadilla and large burritos if you're in the area!
Clean indoor or outdoor dining area.

Tacos El Paisa is my favorite place in Neosho to get Authentic Mexican Cuisine. I haven't had anything here that wasn't just absolutely delicious. My favorite thing has got to be the tacos though. You can't go wrong with the asada, barbacoa and al pastor 🔥 The owners are super friendly! They open at 10:30 AM and I'm not sure how late they stay open until but it's later than most restaurants in Neosho I feel. They're also always open when they say they're going to be and are good at advertising if they're not. I can appreciate that in a business. So if you're looking for amazing Authentic Mexican food for an excellent price for the quality and amount of food you get then search no further than Tacos El Paisa you won't regret it !!!! 11/10 would recommend every time.

First thought was it was a little spendy when you can sit in a restraunt down the road for the same price, but the food portions were great and tasted pretty good, only complaint was the steak tasted like roast beef more than it did like seasoned steak. Can't wait to come back and eat here again.

I’m working on a project around Neosho but my home is in Vegas. There I have access to myriad authentic Latin food trucks and restaurants. I like to support locally when I travel and happened upon this little food truck/establishment. What a lucky thing I did! The Ladies there were fantastic, the food offerings copious, and they have things like posolé and chile rellenos daily that are hard to find even in a brick and mortar. Go down, give them a try, and help support local families.

I got me the $10 torta. It’s super simple but everything was favorable. I tried the salsa that was not hot and it was super tasty. I wish I would’ve got both of the salsa just to try them. five stars though.

Good food reminds of southern California Mexican food. Tortillas seem fresh homemade.

Love the mega burrito and the chili relino both the burrito and the Relino are huge meals full of flavor!
This restaurant is a food truck with an option to eat inside of their separate building.

Couldn't tell if the building next to it was open to the public. Food was excellent, but we took it to go because of the awkwardness. Hybrid food truck restaurant is weird to me, but price and quality of the food itself cant be beat. Excellent barbacoa tacos.
