I went to pick up my order from the drive thru and the woman on the intercom said 'Hello' and told me to hold on before I could say anything. I waited for a very long time, even the car behind me turned around and left. I thought that maybe I should drive up to the pick up window and 2 workers saw me but ignored me and I waited again for a very long time. I thought that maybe I should just go inside to get it. She took 2 orders ahead of me, and left me standing there and she then started doing the drive thru orders, she wasn't far away so I told her that I ordered online, then she finally gave me my order.

We were traveling and needed to eat and there was very little choice. Dirtiest eating place I’ve ever been in. The only positive was the very friendly lady taking orders.
Had a wonderful experience, staff was very friendly. Looked clean and got my order quickly. Also thank you very much to Janessa for the wonderful customer service!
