I went to pick up my order from the drive thru and the woman on the intercom said 'Hello' and told me to hold on before I could say anything. I waited for a very long time, even the car behind me turned around and left. I thought that maybe I should drive up to the pick up window and 2 workers saw me but ignored me and I waited again for a very long time. I thought that maybe I should just go inside to get it. She took 2 orders ahead of me, and left me standing there and she then started doing the drive thru orders, she wasn't far away so I told her that I ordered online, then she finally gave me my order.
