I've been coming to this restaurant for longer than most my children are in age! NEVER, have I been treated with such horrible service! When ordering via telephone, the waitress(Audrie) was rude, couldn't understand me,and put me on hold several times, while trying to order ( why the order was repeated wrong several times). When trying to finish my order, she hung up on me and I had to call a second time. The food was cold, we ordered street tacos and got meat thrown on a flour tortilla... literally that was it. My fajita taco salad was mostly lettuce, that tasted old and the meat was cut in huge chunks and I had to cut it more to eat it. The veggies were barely warm and not cooked all the way. I returned home with tears in my eyes. I've known the owner for years and I cannot believe how I was treated, starting with the initial call. Whenever arriving at the restaurant, employee Audrie, thought it'd be polite to laugh whenever I explained I did not know where to insert my debit card for payment. Tapping on the machine, laughed snottily about my lack of knowledge. I now understand why the parking lot has gotten to be empty and the one across is completely packed. The food and service have completely went down hill.

We did take out, my wife and I . We have never experienced the service we did tonight. We called to make an order, she didn’t know what she was doing and she couldn’t understand my wife and then she hung up on my wife. We called again because there have good food and it’s always great. So we order and went to pick it up, the young ladies named Audrie was very rude and had no manners. My wife had troubles paying with her card and she was rude showing her how to operate the machine. My wife almost had tear down her face when she walked in. I tried talking to the owner and refused to talk to me so this is why I’m leaving this review.My food was wrong after telling her multiple times what we wanted. If you work at a restaurant you should know the difference between hard sell, soft sell or street tacos. The taco salad was not the best either not sure what’s going on, Never been more disappointed. Never will I go there again.

Salsa is watered down garbage . Chipis were small but of the right texture. Drinks .. Had to order an extra shot to taste tequila in my margarita.
Food ….no complaints , had carne asade tacos that were delicious . Steak tips were really good . Rice and beans no different than the neighbor Mexican restaurant. .

Worth a stop given what Nevada Mo has to offer

We had a family gathering over the weekend and had the catering done by Casa Azteca. We were so happy with the food, and our family loved it. Food was ready on time and very affordable. Thanks so much!

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and food. Meeting family in town and choose Casa Azteca based on reviews. That day it was raining , so we weren't able to set out on there rather large deck , but inside was cozy and dry. Enjoy the food and good service. No overdone decorations here just a decent value on pretty good grub. The salsa is thinner heavy on the chili and cumin and mild like you expect for us gringos. I had the lunch steak and chicken fajitas. Quite good, no cheese, steak really good and tender.

Eat here 2-3 times a week they are the best. Service is 100% Food is 10000% never bad real meat and sausage used cook to order and never waited more than 10 minutes for food

I was surprised by its off-the-beaten-path location; it's not readily visible. But the food and service was excellent. I had the taco fajita salad with steak in a crispy tortilla bowl, and it was very generous on meat. Very filling. Also, each person at our table had their very own dish of salsa with the chips and salsa. I haven't seen that before at other Mexican restaurants. They had a good selection of Mexican beers (not Victoria, unfortunately) and several domestic beers as well. It was unfortunate that I was just passing through, as I would definitely sample other menu items if I was close enough to visit often. Alas, it was probably a one time visit, but I do recommend it if you're nearby.
