This store has the best people it's a shame they are no longer open 24hrs as the store on Austin isn't nearly as friendly, customer service is lacking. I would rather spend my money at the store on Osage when I'm headed to work.

They $1.75 for air, maybe is only in Missouri but all Casey s in Iowa that I been there for air, it was free

Angela was working when I came in and immediately asked to help me find what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful, positive, and cheerful! She makes this place be where you want to stop when you need something while out on the road.

I work overnight and every time I come up to get a piece of pizza at different times in the night and every time the food is over an hour old an extremely greasy this isn’t just once it’s every night this is ridiculous y’all need to retrain your employees or straight up fire them they are useless there’s one guy who actually does his job and does it well and he ain’t even a chief he is a cashier

Woman working made a comment about me trying to steal iced coffee for putting it in a fountain drink cup, I told her as I sat the cup down on the counter that it was iced coffee not soda. They had no iced coffee or icee cups so if they don’t want people putting iced coffee in fountain cups maybe they should either get the right cups or turn the iced coffee machine off.

Yesterday (6/2/2022), I witnessed an interaction between "the manager" and a customer that makes me never want to do business at this location again. There was an issue with items being rang up incorrectly. The customer's rewards, which I over heard as $1.80, were used and then were gone when the order was corrected. The manager refused to give the customer her $1.80 in reward and then became enraged. She told the customer to take her things and never come back. As the customer was leaving the manger photographed her with out her consent.

Ordered pizza before 7:30pm, was told be ready by 7:30pm. Arrived and they were just starting. One guy had their pants down to their ankles (Not very professional). It's called WEAR A BELT.... Won't be coming here again.
