Was taken to Gobbler’s Roost by a mate and his wife who run an electrical service in the nearby town of Nevada, Missouri. This is the best steak in the known universe…and I’ve eaten a lot of steak, but this was something else. On another level. Unbelievable. Bloody delicious.

I took my wife here for her birthday and glad i did. This is an awesome restaurant hidden in a beautiful spot on a dirt road. Service was great and so was the food. The steak was perfectly cooked and had great flavor. We will be back.

Tender and huge filet. Tasty side dishes. Friendly, fast service. Nice romantic atmosphere.
I ordered a sea food platter thinking I would get a fair amount for $80. To my surprise I only got 4 butterfly shrimp. 3 shrimp cocktail (was supposed to be shrimp scampi) 2 scallops and I oven baked crab patty. Our steak was burnt. Our asparagus was still cold. All time the worse experience with food we have ever had here
