When arriving at the restaurant to order our food we waited for ever with little people there. As the person at the window told us it’ll be few for fresh chicken. When getting my chicken bowl it was nothing but dried up corn. FYI tasted disgusting. I don’t know how other’s people experience is, but every time I show up I’m never happy with what I ordered. This place is a no go for me!

Couldn't leave zero stars. We pulled in, got out and dine in not open. Went to drive thru and no green beans. No box meals anymore and no cookies for others on the trip. We left and ate somewhere else.

Store in Nevada Missouri suppose to open at noon but didn’t. Manager said they don’t have to open any time until up to twelve thirty. No certain time period. So if you have to wait an hour too bad.

Was there at noon when it opened. Was told could not order thru drive thru till chicken was done in 11min. and I had to come back. Here it is 12:30 and still stuck in line waiting. Several cars in front of me and several in back.

I stopped eating at this KFC restaurant in Nevada, Missouri a long time ago, as I had a grievance every single time I went through the drive-through. Recently, I decided to stop by and see if things had gotten better. I went as soon as they opened, thinking that I would get freshly made food. However, to my disappointment, the store was still locked when I arrived. There were a couple of employees outside who informed me that the manager had not shown up to unlock the store.I feel that the owners of this franchise are a disgrace and should never have been allowed to own a franchise. It's shameful that they have consistently failed to provide quality service to their customers and even open the restaurant on time. This is my harshest review, but I believe it is well warranted. The pics are taken from September 17, 2016 and November 3, 2017. If you drive by and see this establishment completely empty, you’ll now know why. Look at the portion sizes and a quarter on the plate next to the wing is for reference.

Literally wasted my time driving here to get some dinner and they have pieces of paper on the doors stating that they close at seven until further notice. Change your times on here it’s not that hard.
