Been sitting in stall 1 for over 20 min and still havenāt gotten my food. Cars have been leaving and entering the drive through since Iāve been here, I thought the stall took priority to be āquickerā guess not.

It's not this specific McDonald's, it's McDonald's in general. They use to have good tasting food but now it all tastes like it isn't even real food!!!!
May 18, 2025 our McDonald's in Nevada. This picture of the fries I didn't think about taking until I was almost done. I want you to know these fries that are left are the good looking fries. I've always said that McDonald's has my favorite fries except for when they give you fries that are oil soaked, not hot, and should have been thrown out! McDonald's fries are supposed to be fresh, golden brown, and hot which makes them the best. Since our McDonald's continually fails I will not be going back unless it's to get a family member a Coke. You know how often that happens; NEVER!!!

First thing the women's bathroom was disgusting. At 9am no toilet paper garage over flowing. Come on that's redickus. Pop was hardly drinkable. Egg Mcmuffin tasted like it was made the day before. Come on where is the manager? Let's try to do better. Don't you clean bathrooms at night? Although employees were very polite and nice. I was traveling properly won't try it again. I expected more from a Mc Donalds.

So bad. Took more than 15 minutes to get food. Nobody at the counter to take orders. Kiosk only for most of my visit. Kitchen floor was disgusting. One employee looked like he had not washed his shirt for a month. Drive thru COMPLETELY backed up. People sitting and standing EVERYWHERE waiting on orders. Not even during the lunch hour!
