I have been a very frequent customer since the day this place opened at their first location. They announced they are closing at 2:00 PM starting November 24th so that they can rent out their space for events!? With my schedule, this makes it very hard to ever go in. I will be taking business elsewhere.

I love Precisions coffee but they might as well eliminate the curbside pick up because their baristas never bring it out. They have 2 baristas that only ever follow through and bring the drinks out. Matthew and Lydia are always following through and it is always appreciated. I place the curbside orders because I don’t want to bring all my kids in but I have better luck at The Fix or Scooters. Cozy little cafe if you have time to go inside but if you aren’t going inside, don’t waste your time.

We paid for a cup of drip coffee and ended up being able to just get half a cup. The menu said breakfast sandwiches but those were not available so I grabbed a muffin instead. It was so disgusting, I was not able to eat it. The barista had very poor customer service. All around, not a good experience.

The barista was very kind and patient. She had that kind of personality that just draws people in and makes you feel welcome. I'm so glad I went.

Says they close at 6pm I came at 5:05 and the lady said sorry we’re closing. I said okay but online it says 6pm I just needed a coffee before work and she sure couldn’t do that.
