I love the drinks! I just wish they cleaned the outside of the cups a little better with my cold drinks... Please fix this so I can enjoy my coffees again!

Tired of their excuses when I ask them why the menu shows whip, but they don't add it. When I ask why, I was told "We don't put whip on unless you ask us." "But it's free". Why put it on the description if it's just a lie? I shouldn't have to ask!

I've never had a negative experience at a Scooter's! Always great coffee at a reasonable price.
She didn't know what a cold brew was and kept asking me if I want ice, I explained cold brew has ice but nitro brew doesn't. I ended up leaving and went to THE FIX!
