Went in on my lunch thinking I would be able to get a sub but was sadly mistaken. The staff was only working on mobile/call in orders. Didn’t acknowledge anyone in line and proceeded to ignore us. I waited in line around 15 minutes just for no one to speak to me and to never get a sandwich. Don’t recommend eating here anytime soon. 👎

They don't stir their meatballs. I specifically said no burnt meatballs when I ordered, I called to get a sandwich comped to me free for tomorrow, because I called and complained this hasnt been the first time that it happened in addition they also put no toppings on my sub. They called me back and said I needed to bring the receipt and the sandwich tomorrow. Plain ridiculous, not going here anymore.

Went in with a coupon during lunch. The coupon does state you can't use with a certain wrap or sandwich. We order two sandwiches that would fall within the coupon. They decide a basic turkey sandwich doesnt fall in the coupon range even though the coupon states different. Out of onions and stated they wouldn't get anymore until tomorrow- there is a Walmart right down the road they could purchase onions at?!? No lids for our drinks at the fountain station. Horrible service- can't hear them a d they are rude anytime you ask questions. I didn't believe anyone when they had said it's went downhill until today. Won't be going back.

I used to love Subway. I ordered a lot I mean on the 24th of this month I ordered 5 sandwiches for my team and used a deal then it said issue with my account I go online to find out what and nothing then I ordered food tonight ordered ranch and they put Mayo on the sandwich or some extremely expired ranch. You guys were good but you are trending down very quickly

Update: Subway actually contacted me and I now have my account back 😊

I used to be a big Subway fan until I started eating Firehouse subs. However I recently returned to our Subway with my wife and grandson. My sub was just fine, but my wife's sub, I'm starting to think the sandwich builders are responsible for paying for the toppings. My wife's sandwich was so thin it was ridiculous, and if that was all there was to say that would be one thing. My grandson got the foot long nachos and there may have been 10 chips and I'm being generous. With the topping on the Nachos it barely covered the bottom of the little box. Of course when we left I got my grandson something else to eat. I believe the only reason our Subway is in business is because there is no other sandwich shop(s).

Ordered a sandwich here a few days ago, the sandwich was good. However it wasn’t made correctly. However called the store and they made it correct for me at my convenience. Great customer care and effort. They went much further than i honestly expected.

This is absolutely the slowest place to eat in Nevada! For starters it took them over 20 minutes just to open the drive thru window for us to pay, then after paying they finally tell us they are out of one of said items I ordered. I told them I would like a refund and no longer wanted the sandwich considering it would be half way done. They disappear to the back and then come back out after 5 minutes to tell me we have to wait for someone else to come up to the store for a refund after I simply gave them a 20, they gave me my change and then I gave them the change back after I told them I wanted a refund. They refused just to give me a 20 back and had me sitting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes before I finally walked in and left my number! To make matters worse they weren’t even busy inside at all, and I have still yet to receive a call from the manager with my refund!!!
