Jesus is who helped my husband and I today at the drive through. We were picking up an order for a friend and of course we ended up needing to make changes and just a bunch of unnecessary unpreparedness on our part. He was so kind and honestly just his overall attitude was refreshing. That was probably the absolute best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time! I want to be íuclear that Taco Bell as a whole would not be worth my time for a review lol

Every single time- got the wrong order!!! Every. Single. Time. Ordered #1 w Pepsi (3 crunchy taco supremes) and 4 crunchy tacos- and got 7. No supremes - this time I was able to go in and get it corrected- heard the girl who took my order say “she ordered 7 plain tacos” No. I did not. But that’s what she gave me. I’ve never gotten a correct order from Taco Bell. - which is why we rarely go.

i did a mobile order, i get in there and they figured out they had given my food to someone else, i didn’t really care.. i waited but then they proceeded to forget to give sauces when it specifically said extra sauce. made me make my own drinks thennn made me get my own sauces!!! i normally do NOT mind getting my own stuff, but what’s the point of the mobile app if they don’t have all your stuff ready to go?

Wife just got home with an order from drive thru. Ordered 2 nacho bell grande, 6 tacos, and asked for mikd sauce. Was given sauce packets that said FIRE on them. Not what I would call mild sauce. Only had 1 fork and 1 napkin.
