Jesus is who helped my husband and I today at the drive through. We were picking up an order for a friend and of course we ended up needing to make changes and just a bunch of unnecessary unpreparedness on our part. He was so kind and honestly just his overall attitude was refreshing. That was probably the absolute best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time! I want to be íuclear that Taco Bell as a whole would not be worth my time for a review lol

Came for boxes, left with the correct order. Note: they were out of the drink we originally asked for, but second choice was available. We went through the drive thru and our food came quickly and correct temperature, they even remembered our sauce packets.This is where the downside begins: all of the tortillas, shells and chips were stale. The ground beef was dry and overall my stomach ached after eating two items. Every once in a while I crave Taco Bell, it'll be a while...

Only complaint I have is if you have a virtual taco bell egift which your supposed to be able to use online, and inside local store with the use of any device with Internet but for some reason here in Nevada Missouri it can only be used ONLINE only makes it difficult to use because if it's value is $5.00 or under and your order is over that because of the taxes added you aren't allowed to use 2 different payment methods.
