This isn't a 5-star restaurant, this is a 10 greasy fingers burger and breakfast diner! When in Nevada this is that legendary local joint that is a must. My recommendation is the Whistle Burger (patty melt) with Suzie Qs. My dad taught me to put a handful on the burger. Seating consists of a long counter and maybe 10-12 booths around the outer walls. Sit at the counter between a banker and a farmer to watch the cook prep your food, and enjoy visiting with folks next to you....

Firstly, I have only eaten breakfast there and I hear that’s not even their best food. The rumor from everyone I’ve talked to says the burgers are their shining star. So they’re on my list.
But I had a full order of BnG that I rate as decent (I’m kind of a BnG snob). And the second item I had was a local favorite, “the Mess”. This was my favorite of the two breakfast items I had.
