Stopped in for lunch after filling up my car. Good choice. Restaurant was clean. Staff greeted me when I walked in. Food was delicious and prepared quickly. Order was correct. The staff were friendly to all customers and seemed happy to be at work. And I love the gyros!!!

Nice place good food, however I ordered a 9 piece steak bites from Arby's only to get back to my truck and realize I only got 8 steak bites. I'm not going back inside for a single steak bite but I would appreciate it if I get exactly what I pay for

Walk in to get my usual 2 Jalapeno sliders nope because there talking it off the menu. We can still make it for ya ok you going to charge me less then no we can't do that. Ok fine let me get a Large fry nothing else. Get back to my truck to have my hot large fry nope my bath water is hotter then these frys. Go back to get a refund and see that the guy that boxes up my frys puts it in a medium. So over 4$ for a large fry in a medium box and it wasn't even filled up. Manager didn't even ask how can I make this better, like new 1s nothing just gives me my money back and wasn't to argue with me about it when I said your giving large fyrs in medium boxes. Like I'd rather go give my money to Casey's across the strees

The young man at the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly. He spoke to us as if we were stupid. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and hostile. We will never be back to this location.

Stopped at the drive thru Thursday about 5pm & no one answered to take an order. 3 employees out back smoking could clearly see someone in the drive thru at dinner hour. Had to go inside to get service. No sign on the drive thru that anything was wrong with it. Poor service.

It's ten forty five in the morning, and we are burying, served yesterday's roast beef free, slice and then put into a microwave or a heater of some kind, which turns the ends brown, which is very hard.And question, maybe you might want to think about this, especially when you advertise fresh, warm, hot, sliced meat

First off the guy that put my food in the bag did NOT change he’s gloves after he was doing the trash he set the trash bag with trash in it down and without changing gloves put my food in the bags I use to be a assistant manager and know the process and this Arby’s failed
