This location has 2 drive through ordering screens…. We waited and waited and waited at 1 of the screens while 4 cars went through the other side…… I had to start yelling hello to even get the attention of someone on a mic…….

Absolutely lovely location! No receipt paper in the kiosk, trash all over the floor, trash Ben outside was overflowing and packed full. Sat there and watched come girl play with her phone constantly while doing Henry station while the manager just ignored this! Al what point in a job to you allow this behavior and what are you teaching as a manager and a business owner! And let’s not forget the other girl who was talking smack about customers going through drive through!

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. It’s nearby so it’s convenient. However I have never in my life had an order be prepared correctly. McDonald’s corporate needs to step in in a big way. This store is a disgusting joke. 0out of 10. This place should be closed down and room made for something better

Very Disappointed!! Ordered a Bacon QP cheeseburger & there was NO Bacon on it even tho I PAID for it!! 😡😡😡😡 Unbelievable!! Obviously won’t be getting my money back! This is why people are tired of ordering out because they get ripped off!! This should never happen!

Being greeted by Jonie Irvin made my Ameren team the best ever. The greeting, the jokes, & questioning attitude made for a good morning with good laughter for our crew. To the point, I had to ask for her name. We all agreed when working in that area JONIE IRVIN'S McDonald's is where we will visit. GREAT JOB Jonie Irvin & to the cooks.
