Out of every time I've gotten a hamburger, I've only had one, bad 1. All the others I've had have been Hot and fresh and the fries are always awesome. I love this place.

This place is usually pretty good and I've stopped many times until today when I ordered what I always do 10 chicken tenders but only if you can make them fresh for me. I was told that if I order 10 they have to make fresh. Then the one in charge returned and saw her arguing with the other employees and had something in the microwave and down the road a bit I found out it was my chicken. Microwaved old chicken is not fresh which I ordered. Live and learn but only one chance to be honest
First ti.e eating at Hardee's I'm used to eating at Carl's Jr. But there is a difference I noticed that the lettuce and pickles tastes fresh and the bun doesn't look smash overall it was delicious they both have there unique tatse... 5 star

When we first arrived and went to order the workers were very stand-off and completely ignored us at the counter ready to order. They weren’t busy… just talking about inappropriate topics. Then as we went to get a drink, their ice and every single pop was out, we told the workers and they fixed it but they were once again rude and had attitudes for no reason at all other than doing their job. They forgot every sauce and it again took forever to get their attention to help us. Very loud and obnoxious workers, the trash was over flowing and the windows were extremely dirty, we watched as another couple waited 10 minutes just to get their order taken.

I don't know how they're calling it biscuits and gravy. It is in fact "biscuit" and gravy. There's nothing wrong with it, but a little truth in advertising wouldn't hurt.
