My husband and I stopped here on our way back to Iowa today. We went through the drive-thru because we had our Pug with us and wanted to get back on the road quickly.
One gentlemen working there saw our dog through the window and opened it with a big smile, kindly offering us a pup cup. We gratefully accepted.
We swiftly received our food. The fries were hot and fresh, and the sandwiches were delicious. It's also my birthday today so it made my day just that much more special that my little guy got a tasty treat. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience so thank you!

We ordered breakfast. The place was slow, only one other customer. Ordered 2 different breakfast burritos and the loaded burrito did not have the bacon and ham it was supposed to have and they broke the tortilla when rolling it up so it was difficult to eat! The second burrito was COLD. Not a single item in it was fresh! Not mention it was the worst tasting sausage and eggs I have ever had. The tortilla tasted stale as well. Just gross. Will not eat Hardees for breakfast again.

Extremely slow. I arrived at just after 1230 and placed 1 combo order. There are no less than 10 people standing around waiting on their orders to get ready. Their excuse is that they're waiting on Friscos to be made. We got our food at 1248. Definitely not worth stopping here for a quick break because there is nothing quick about this Love's.
The fries were not fresh and were beginning to get rubbery as well. The Frisco i ordered was cold, the bread not fully toasted, and was unlike the typical Frisco we get down south. Definitely sending a complaint via their website.

The kid working at the counter Dom needs a raise. Extra polite and efficient.
My family and I were so excited to find a Hardee's in Missouri. However, what we were not expecting was they did not have or never have steak biscuits as we do in the South (Georgia and South Carolina). Then they had my hubby's favorite Sausage links but they had sold out, bummer. The customer service got better after 5 minutes we ordered. They had people waiting 20 minutes for food. The overall appeal of the place was modern and clean. It is attached to a gas station conveince store. The biscuit was salty and did not have that Southern good taste. My husband tried the other breakfast sandwich “brisco something” since they were out of sausage links. He said it was too salty, as well. Can't wait to back to Georgia!
