I should have left as soon as I walked in the door. Restaurant was a mess and dirty. Went to smelly, unclean restroom. Passed by kitchen and it was a mess too. Doesn’t anyone inspect these places? I usually enjoy Mexican food but couldn’t eat my chimichanga. My friend was also unhappy about the condition of the restaurant but said her food was tasty. Service was mediocre. Too bad New Madrid has so few dining choices.

Both my son and I were very happy with what we ordered. The service was fast. If you want Mexican, this is the only option in New Madrid, but it's a good one!

We stopped in for lunch before visiting the nearby historical museum, and we really enjoyed! The staff was super friendly & the food was delicious!! Portions were big & if we hadn't been going to the museum we'd had plenty to take home. Restaurant had plenty of seating place & was quite clean. If in the area, we'll definitely visit again.

The food was good and very reasonably priced. The waitress told us they had just gotten new menus. They have a fairly large amount of dishes to pick from. The chips were not very good but the salsa was tasty. We usually eat here when in the area
