The Quarry has really hit its stride lately. The new owners have done an amazing job updating the food menu — everything feels fresh, thoughtful, and well done. You can tell they truly care about the experience and the future of this place.
A huge shoutout to Alicia, the lead bartender/waitress — she is absolutely incredible. She somehow manages to be everywhere at once, helping everyone quickly and with a great attitude. She’s fast, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better.
We’re really excited to see what’s next for The Quarry and all the plans they have coming up. Highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t yet!

This place is absolutely wonderful! incredible outdoor area overlooking the lake and woods. They currently offer live music with plans to expand to a larger stage/concert area , volleyball, pickleball , Golf activities with a green on the lake!!! , and food trucks (Summer 2026)
The food was great ! Staff and service were equally as wonderful and overly accommodating!
This property is being rejuvenated and will be a welcome amenity for St Charles Co.

1st time eating here since new ownership. Disappointing! My BBQ Brisket Sandwich was a BBQ Sauce Sandwich, virtually no brisket to be found, onion straws (2) were soggy, amount of sauce was large. If you have a ladle of sauce, and are out of brisket just tell the patron so. French fries were very good. My wife’s wrap was excellent.

Myself and three friends enjoyed lunch at The Quarry today. The food was delicious and our waitress took great care of us. Rob let us test a warm chocolate chip dessert they will have on the menu soon. Fabulous!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had the roast beef au jus, beef, pork and brisket sliders, salads. All was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely. Very rainy day, so we sat inside, but the outside seating was beautiful.

Took broccoli, slaw off menu. Fresh fruit canned mandarin foreign oranges, limp blueberries, one cut up strawberry. Tenderloin juice used to be good, tonight soggy bread. Music loud, ok, if you like jazz. Won't be going back
