Leave it to people like that to mess up ice cream. Got a large chocolate shake. She purposely told the guy making it only 3 1/2 scoops of ice cream (supposed to be more) then I swear they added water to it. Guess that's just their culture right?

Terrible! My ice cream fell off of the cone in the parking lot and I was overcharged! There was also a language barrier.

There has to be a better solution for scooping the ice cream, the workers struggle scooping it and their arms are covered in bruising from it (which was confirmed by an employee)! A heated container for the ice cream scoops, shorter containers of ice cream that get switched slightly more often- there are solutions! I hope y’all pay out the worker’s comp or hazard pay for repeated on-the-job injuries. We were going to order 2 bowls of ice cream but after we saw the bruising we didn’t get the second and definitely can’t come back to hurt another employee!

We stopped in for icecream and even though they weren't busy the 2 employees just stood there by register. The guy looked at us but made no move to come take our order so we left.
