this was hands down the BEST dunkin i've ever been to. we got breakfast sandwiches, and the cheese was actually melted, and it was HOT and fresh. our drinks were so good and made exactly how we asked! we were so happy with the service!

The coffee they use tasted like it was left over from the previous day, and they thought nobody would notice. The employees nice, as they're letting you know they don't the correct donuts you ordered it the right tea for your refresher. Not their fault, so def not going to give them an attitude over it. Would go to this location if there was any other one an hour away, but there's not (besides the base but I can't go there). It'll do, but I'll always know how much better it could be.

Worst customer service! Three people milling behind the counter and not one interested in taking an order for a frozen coffee off the menu. A waste of my time, and their employer's investment in them.
I'm from New Hampshire and like my ice coffee a specific way... Willow makes my ice coffee perfectly every time. It's like a small taste of home with every sip. Good job Willow!

We tried ordering a listed breakfast burrito with chorizo and were told they didn’t sell that. We pointed it out on their posted menu on the wall to the woman behind the counter and was told they don’t actually sell the entire menu.
