I ordered food through DoorDash tonight, and while eating my chicken strips I took two normal bites. On the third bite, it tasted off, so I checked the strip and realized it was completely raw inside. I immediately called Applebee’s to let them know I had been served raw chicken. The manager apologized and offered me a $10 gift card, but I explained that this isn’t about money I literally ate raw chicken and I’m worried about getting sick. They didn’t seem to take it seriously at all. No concern, no guidance just “you’ll have to call DoorDash for a refund.”

Really disgusting and disappointing experience.

We just finished lunch and it was awesome thanks to our lovely service from Keisha! When we showed up there wasn't a lot of people there but that quickly changed to being quite a full dining room and Keisha handled it fluently. She was the only server there for the majority if not the entirety of our meal and still yet we had a constant flow of drinks, she adequately checked up on us, helped with accommodations for meals and our kiddo, got our food to us in a timely manner, and did the same for everyone else in the room as well! Very satisfied with our service

I got the grilled cheese hamburger w/ fries. Sandwich was good, fries were tough, dry & cold. Establishment rough! Torn upholstery, front doors rotten at bottom (as was the second set of doors), dirty ceiling . Wont be back with so many other choices of places to eat. But I thought I would give it a try as the last time I ate at an Applebee was in Rolla many years ago. Too bad

Staff was super sweet and I hated leaving without eating but the food was pathetic. The pickle fries were so over cooked they were curling and coming out of the batter. They were pretty much black. Boneless chicken bites were over cooked and so salty u couldn't stand to eat them. I let bartender know and left. Too many good places to eat. I see why they were empty at 1230 for lunch. Only 3 tables.

I gave up on Applebees in Springfield about 3 years ago. Nixa location is Great. Better tasting food and service.

2 of my elderly dear friends visited today, they like the food, prices and atmosphere but today was exceptional from what I'm told. Aaron was efficient, skilled, friendly and courteous to them today in every way, he even carried their leftover food to the car for them upon leaving. Thank you Aaron!!!

You know service sucks when you don’t get offered silverware or water and when you acknowledge it your waitress never even noticed she never gave that and ready to offer you the check before you decide if you’re done smh wont go back. I forgot to name drop Maria you suck and I tip well but I was very unhappy

I don't know why I'm giving it all five stars. I mean the guy took my order we talked about what I wanted and then when we took the food to go and got where we were Distributing the food my food wasn't there but realized that we also weren't built for it did not get charged for it so I just suck it up because I really wasn't very hungry that evening anyway or I might be complaining
