Called in our order, two grilled chicken salads, said it would take 25 minutes, so I showed up at the time it said to on the automated ordering system. Called back to let them know I was there, the waitress came out giving the wrong food to different people, then asked who I was and she said they didn't get a phone call for my order until two minutes ago, I don't mind waiting around longer then expected but don't lie to me, so she says they were just starting on it now. So I waited around another 15 minutes after that and started the car to drive off as I was over it when the waitress came out with our order, salad dressing tasted off, pile of iceberg lettuce that had the texture and taste of being old all for over 30.00, wish I would of left when I had the chance to, this chain has gone down the drain, food and service leaves alot to be desired and prices are way too high, will not return to any of their chains ever.

Ordered the 2 for $29 my wife got the sirloin and I ordered the ribs. The steak was ok and the ribs had hardly any meat on on them. I have been disappointed with Applebees in the past and thought I would give it one more chance. Very disappointed again!

My mom and I decided to stop and get lunch at Applebees in Nixa, I usually get good service, and the price is reasonable for a sit down restaurant. Well, today we had the worst service we’ve ever gotten from anywhere. Our server Sarah S, got my drink order wrong, and when I asked to switch it out (I just said I had changed my mind), she rolled her eyes and stared blankly at us, then she was on her phone texting while talking to us, she had a bad attitude the whole time, and Started sweeping while my mom was still seated while I was in the restroom. The food was good, but there is no music playing in the restaurant, and it felt super awkward.

Applebee's. Always a classic. The Nixa location has a homey local feel. Waitress was friendly and got our drinks and order quickly. Food was all hot and tasty!Note from one of the previous reviews - it appears they've put down all new carpet so the smell issues seems to be fixed.Just a personal fave - because I like to be DJ - they have Touch Tunes
The service was terrible we set there 10 minutes no one took our drink the waiter said I'll be R came back asked the hostess she said I'll get him she came back 5 minutes later I asked her where is he she said I don't know I said can you take her order she said no I said then we are out of here... 20 minutes with no drink order So I could only imagine how long it would be for the food This was a Saturday at 5 o'clock when they're supposed to be ready to take your order

Me and my girlfreind ate here and my family was in the restaurant buissness for years we were sat down within seconds of walking in was a great start untill we waited 15 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink after that we waited what seemed to be a equal amount of time for them to be brought to us after almost 45 min we ordered our server kept saying they were backed up but there were merely 15 people in the whole place I ordered some mozzarella sticks which were pretty good themselves even tho we got 8 for 10.99 we had ordered the 14.99 bottomless wings and was blown away between the both of us couldint finish one plate hard as a rock we then asked for more bbq wings hoping they would be better we were brought a little tub of bbq sauce worst restaurant I have ever eaten at by far and will never eat Applebees ever again
