Cook was rude and didn't make any effort to ask someone else. The manager has always been nice but I didn't see him. I canceled my order since I couldn't afford it without the discount .“

Even though it’s an hour’s drive, I’ll make that drive for a Schlotsky’s Original anytime. The sandwiches come in different sizes and I get the large one because any leftovers keep well in the fridge and reheat in the microwave like they were just bought.\nHighly recommend this eat in or take out top notch sandwich shop.“

“Stopped by on a random Tuesday morning to see fresh inventory. I didn't need a whole loaf so I was really happy there were small rolls to try. It was about 9:00 a.m. and it was not busy at all. I was able to order quickly. I got one kaiser roll, 1 oatmeal cranberry cookie and a fresh Blueberry Lemon scone. I was mostly excited for the scone and unfortunately it was a bit disappointed. I don't know if it's just the dough that's used for the scone but it was very undercooked even though it was I believe just pulled out of the oven. It had this raw doughy consistency like it didn't finish cooking. I tried baking it at 350 for 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes it was very golden brown and still seem undercooked. I ate the blueberries and then through the rest away :( the roll I ate the next day, air fryer for 4min, it was delicious - made a bacon avocado breakfast sandwich. The cookie though , omg, was the bees knees - way better than I was expecting. almost 4$ for one medium size cookie , decided to cut into 4 to make it last longer 😅. I would go back to get more rolls and that cookie but wouldn't recommend the scones rn.“

“So I have a wheat allergy, and have been going to neighbors mill for a long time because I can have the spelt oat bread. Here recently the customer service has gone way down hill. Today I called a head and order a grilled cheese on spelt, a tomato soup, and a salad and told them “no bread on the side.” When I got there I checked my food (because I have ordered this before and still end up with bread on the salad and have to give it away) and the salad had the focaccia in with it. So I told the lady checking me out that it needs to be remade, and her response to me was “well you should have told us.” (It was written on the receipt) so while I was waiting for that I asked for a spelt pumpkin muffin, paid for it and went on my way. At a stop light I had realized that she had given me a regular pumpkin muffin. So I turned around and when I got there she said “what’s wrong now?” And I told her that she put a regular muffin in my bag when I had asked for a spelt one because of my allergy. Needless to say I’m done, between what happened today and a buddy of mine used to work there and he told me that they treat their employees like garbage. Now they’re treating their customers the same way.“

“The cookies were delicious! I LOVE snickerdoodle cookies. You're paying artisinal prices for each cookie, but you can TELL from taste alone these are quality. I spent 15 bucks for 6 cookies, which is steep - but I would still suggest it to anyone who loves cookies. Go buy a snickerdoodle and treat yourself“

“We were next door at the Where House Bar and ordered some dinner. The BBQ was amazing and came with your choice of sauces!! I was happy with the Carolina style and Raspberry sauces and he had the Blood Orange one! Their coleslaw was great and vinegar based, which I love! ♥️♥️ Definitely going back!“
