Kind of disappointed. Chicago style theme. Ordered a foot long sub dressed with what was recommended on the menu. Price was good..$10. The bread was doughy like it needed baking and they doused it with way too much oil. Wasn't offered toasting. I'll still give other items a try but the execution on the sub was not the best.

Every single time, they get the order wrong. I ordered s steer two times, . And i clearly stated just meat and cheese. They put the condiments on it. Ordered a sub today, they put extra condiments on it.
Some advice, please have your employees repeat the order back to the customer. And please have your employees double the order when they finish preparing it. Its simple quality control.
I wont be back. I cant trust that the order wont ve wrong.

A big yes for me. Open at 10:00 for those of us who eat lunch early. Great atmosphere and the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. Great variety of sandwiches and of course if you are into seafood there’s that whole vibe too. I had the Big A 6” sub and it was fantastic. If I could give you all more stars I would!

Boy oh boy where do I even start. There’s a sweet handsome boy that works there named Keagan Pycior and he is just overall the most adorable and attractive little worker. He is so friendly and I always leave him a big huge tip. Smoothie he made was absolutely delectable and tickled my taste buds. 5 star always ask for Keagan to take your order.

This place has horrible customer service when things go wrong. I have given them numerous opportunities to make sure my food is correct. I have went there 3 times in the past two weeks. Something is always wrong. Mind you I only ask for no lettuce and light sauce so my sandwich won’t be soggy and apparently that is too much to comprehend. Then when I call about my food or bring it back WITH NO BITES TAKEN OUT OF THE FOOD.. it somehow is still a problem with al to fix the food not even return the money but just to fix my food that hasn’t been touched. The attitude I’ve rescinded on the phone and in person is beyond me.

Been working down in the area for the past couple weeks. I had driven by this place several times so decided to finally give it a try.
Picked up a large Philly cheesesteak, for the first two bites it was decent. But upon the third bite I unfortunately discovered a toothpick as it hit my back gums and stabbed right in the roof of my mouth.
Before you ask, no this wasn't the style of sandwich that has a toothpick normally going through it to hold it together. It was mixed deep inside the steak and onions.
I don't know if it was from someone's mouth, or elsewhere in the kitchen, but it immediately killed my appetite. Looks like my first visit here shall be my last as well.
