Kind of disappointed. Chicago style theme. Ordered a foot long sub dressed with what was recommended on the menu. Price was good..$10. The bread was doughy like it needed baking and they doused it with way too much oil. Wasn't offered toasting. I'll still give other items a try but the execution on the sub was not the best.
Love the subs from Big Al's! Always quick and courteous, one of my favorite food stops when I'm in a hurry. (If I may make a recommendation, The Eagle with extra peppers, toasted! That's the way to go!)
A big yes for me. Open at 10:00 for those of us who eat lunch early. Great atmosphere and the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. Great variety of sandwiches and of course if you are into seafood there’s that whole vibe too. I had the Big A 6” sub and it was fantastic. If I could give you all more stars I would!
