The food is good, our order was running behind, but our waiter explained thay they burnt one of orders. The manager acted a little flakey she brought us silverware and then decided the other table needed it more than us and quickly picked up on set and handed it to the other table. I am just glad that our waiter had a friendly attitude. What use to be a weekly stop will now be flying under or radar.

First time eating here. I've heard alot of good things about this place so I thought what the heck. I was disappointed right off the bat. The hostess asked if we had a preference and I said yes a table not a booth. Well she sat us in a booth. Strike 1, the waiter was fantastic, nice. Considerate, friendly..I ordered a salad and the waiter didn't know what came in it. So guess what chopped up cucumbers ( yuck) I ate around them the best I could..then informed the waiter as an FYI there are chopped cucumbers also. Lol but anyway my granddaughter ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta, she said it was delicious except for the single breadstick that was hard as a rock. I ordered the chicken tenders, thank goodness I got them plain bc their bbq was not good at all. The tenders were so hard and overcooked. I tried pulling the breading off but the chicken was stringy. My baked potato was soft but frozen unflavored butter REALLY.. I couldn't put enough of it on there to taste it. Would I eat there again, probably not only bc this place is on the same scale as Applebee's, TGIF's, etc.

I don’t leave negative reviews on restaurants often because I don’t like messing with people’s livelihood. Mistakes happen. They don’t always reflect the quality of the place.

Yesterday, I stopped by after work (on my break before going back to end my shift) and ordered the chicken tenders with fries and broccoli to go. $17 and my $5 tip put me at over $20.

The workers were friendly and the wait was fine. No problems there.

The chicken tenders had extremely hard pieces of batter attached. Like so hard I had to fish them out of my mouth and discard them. Teeth breaking hard. The tenders were also supposed to be tossed in sauce, which they were, however only partially. The texture of the chicken was also weird. Like stringy.

They also didn’t include my broccoli side. Just fries. & not many fries either.

Honestly the most expensive terrible meal I’ve paid for in years. $23

I will update this review if I have a different experience next time. Not trying to ruin your business reputation.

We love eating at big whiskeys. When we dine in the food is always fresh and great tasting. Over the last seven months we have tried takeout four different times and every time the food is very soggy. We will arrive to pick up food before it is said to be done and it will not be done yet which we expect, but we want to make sure that it’s not sitting there waiting for us. We always have to wait at least 10 minutes after the pick up time should be and the food is still soggy, and the flavor is not great. Not a huge fan of big whiskeys in Nixa.

Typically bar food. Not good not bad. It was very busy tonight so service was delayed but friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Chill place to hang out.
