I’m giving 2 stars as I waited 25 minutes after the app said my to go order was ready. This isn’t the first time this has happened with a to go order. I truly do understand long wait times but that needs to be disclosed at the time of the order. The bartender was kind but the place definitely seemed under staffed. The food is good but prepare for a wait to eat.

Seriously the friendliest staff ever! You can tell from management, bartenders and servers everyone loves working at this establishment; and the service reflects that! The menu has a wide selection and the food is always excellent.

This was Not a good experience!
40 minutes for our food! when it finally arrived the plates were thrown together and dirty!
Why does the bartender have a packed bar and also have to wait on tables!
She was overwhelmed and every customer felt it.
Other people around me complaining of no drinks and long wait for the food.
No manager to be seen!
Hostess bussing tables and greeting guest W/O sanitizing hands.
At one point I walked up to bar and could see into the kitchen door and servers were eating food in same spot the food came out and no gloves! Is this sanitary?
Not sure we will return until things get fixed

Next time, don't lie and tell me that you're "packing up" a to-go order and then proceed to have me wait 20 more minutes for the food.

We had brunch there that was delicious and Oscar took such good care of us!! We will definitely be back.

Everything good, going back today, drinks are cool,, red white and blue margaritas, all separate colors in one drink, the American margaritas, lot of fancy drinks, food was good as well, didn't bust my wallet... nice place

This used to be a five star review. I don't know what happened I used to come here for the steak then they switched meat suppliers or something because the cuts (specifically my favorite NY Strip, went to crap) they also lost staff who could properly cook to request. Medium rare was almost always medium well. This last visit was my last straw- figured I would grab the bourbon street burger- there is no way in hell what I just ate was fresh beef, I looked like a Sam's/Costco frozen beef patty. This place is going straight up Applebee's. Done- won't be back. Never again. Wait staff rock 5/5 for them- food, well it sucks now.
