Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

As always any Braum’s usually will not let you down. Always friendly service and one of the best burgers in fast food.

I use to love going to Braum's because they had amazing customer service and had a variety of ice cream flavors.

I went for the first time in a few months and the customer service has gone down hill tremendously. I stood there for 7 to 8 minutes before someone acknowledged me and there were several employees that walked by, but also some who stood around talking.

The one employee who took and made my order made it seem like it was a chore to make it and place a to go cover on it. The cover was not secured and the toppings fell off of it as the cover was being placed, making a mess. This employee did not offer to clean the container up or anything.

Braum's always hits the spot! In fact, it was so good that I forgot to take a picture of my meal for this review! Their ice cream is truly in a league of its own – so rich and creamy, with an amazing variety of flavors that always makes it hard to choose just one. Beyond the sweet stuff, their burgers are surprisingly fantastic, juicy and flavorful, and those crinkle-cut fries are perfectly crispy and seasoned. It's the ideal quick meal. Plus, I love the convenience of being able to grab a fresh gallon of their milk on my way out. It's a one-stop shop for a tasty meal and quality dairy to take home. Highly recommend!

Parking lot and drive thru lane are together which causes a bad thing 4 anybody!! Not very clean..very busy at times..good ice cream!

Disgusting. Went through drive thru. My welcome on the speaker was literally "what do you want?" Gave my order and pulled to first window. Guy come to take my money, and several times was trying to cover his mouth while eating before he was able to take my card for payment. Can't be more disgusting than that. Was at the drive thru window at 237pm on 12/15/2025. The guy was wearing a blue rubber apron. You really can't make this stuff up. Very unprofessional and obviously not managed by anyone professional or properly trained.

Went for supper. They were out of bacon and gravy. The candy mix machine wasn't working.
Had a to go order and didn't get everything we ordered.
Not a good experience.
Also, the shake machines were filthy.
