El Puente is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant, and every visit is a delight! From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere and warm hospitality make you feel right at home. I thought this Mexican food restaurant was good. It isn't the tex-mex I used to get in Texas. But it is good. Service is good.

A majority of the staff are rude and inconsiderate to their customers. Pricing scheme is different week to week with charges for to go boxes even though the reason the boxes are requested is because staff constantly mess up orders. This place was my ride or die for local Mexican food. But I won’t spend a single penny further at an entity which doesn’t take care of their customers.

I got the dinner plate#1 it came with one tómale, one beef enchilada one chile relleno, one beef taco one bean tostada and rice and beans, camarones al puente ,(shrimp in tomato sauce) with rice and beans my daughter got shrimp tacos with rice very well proportioned and delicious good flavoring

The food today was great, however the service was HORRIBLE!! Other groups came in after us, got their food, ate and left before we ever got our food. I had to ask another worker for our order. We were never ask if we wanted any refills and most of our orders were wrong. We have came here for years and the service today was unacceptable.

I am at El Puente seriously 3 times a week or more, it’s so so good! I’d dare even say the best Mexican in town! The staff are always friendly and lightning fast to get our food out!
The pollo agua blanco is to die for!
