Hinode Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi

The food is amazing, so I would recommend it to others. However, switch to Coca-Cola products instead of Pepsi, or I’m not too sure I’ll be back! If I remember correctly, you all had Coca-Cola in years past, right? Why the change? Not a good idea.

My wife and I waited for over an hour and a half for our to go order yesterday. When we got the food home it was cold. Were they taking so long to give us the food so that they could freeze it first? The staff were apologetic but whatever is going on in the kitchen needs to be re evaluated. Try hiring more staff to make the experience somewhat bearable.

I went to get Hibachi with my family. It was really good per usual and our waitress Hadlee made sure our drinks were full and made me a Tito’s soda!!!! Our other waitress was a super sweet girl with black curly hair and glasses. She was awesome also. Our cook was Marga I think and he was super cool and made great food. He was super sweet and awesome. Simultaneously, they all need raises cuz like yeah. Anyways guys your food is so good so don’t go bald ❤️❤️❤️🍣🍱🍱🍱🍣🍣

Love this place. Great place for teens to work with flexible hours! And they have the best miso soup. 💓

Can’t even really rate the food because the atmosphere and service was so bad that we left. Walking in the air was very humid and it appeared they were having ac issues. The floor was soaking wet from a leaking unit in the ceiling. My chair was sliding around just sitting in it. The “waitstaff” was a mess! No one knew what was going on. We had multiple people try to take our order that was already taken. 30 minutes in and we didn’t even have drinks. We walked out. Will never go back to this location.

Did the dining option instead of hibachi thinking it would be faster. The roof was leaking from the AC being too overworked. The tables were horrible to sit at. We sat there for 30 minutes and all we got was waters when we were supposed to be getting the soup and salad before our meal. The place is simply lacking management it was a bunch of 16 year olds trying to run the place.

This is the second time in a few weeks they were out of Miller Lite, and it seems they are out of lettuce?? So no salad.... We love supporting our local Hinode but it seems a little bit unorganized.

Always solid food, usually great service as well. Best sushi and sauces, period! The Nixa location always seems to get you seated a little quicker.

Great food as always! We got a picture with the dragon as well, which is an extra $6 for the dragon but if you want a slice of cheesecake with the dragon it's $11. Great sushi as well, everything came out fast.

Charging someone with food allergies and UPCHARGE is ILLEGAL!!! Beware before going that they charge if you have food allergies! HORRIBLE

We called a lunch order in at 12:45 on Wednesday the 15th. The lady said it would be ready in 20 minutes. An hour later it was finally done. They said they had to wait for the calamari to thaw. She wanted to make sure we had fresh food. She should have told us on the phone. We'll they over cooked it. It was so tough you couldn't chew it. And my wife's chicken was awful. We've usually had good luck with Hinodes, but thus time not so much. Nothing was even said about the order being so late either.

We had the best cook! His name was victor, and we was so involved with the little boy we had with us. He let me “help him” cook and everything. If you go here try to get victor as your cook 10/10 recommend such a fun and funny guy!
