I just spent $15 on a pizza that the cook messed up and I didnt notice till I got home. I live over 40 mins away from west plains. I called to let them know and the lady that answered the phone had no idea what to do and would have to ask a manager. I asked if they could just put my name on the board for a new pizza or just refund me the diffrence and she told me no that they dont do that and if they remake it, I have to go get it that day. I'm not driving 40 mins one way for another pizza. Sorry business. You need to do better. You just lost a customer

Went the Sunday after Halloween. Girl squad in there!! They took care of my order, communicated and were honest. And my son was so surprised with his cookies with his pizza! Thank you for everything girls. You were so friendly and amazing! Keep up with the good work!! You got this!! ❤️❤️

Went through the drive through and asked if a cheese pizza was ready and was told yes. After waiting 20 minutes behind a car, I went inside. Was the told there was no cheese ready and it would be 20 minutes. I left without a pizza.

I order online thru the Little Ceasars app, and pickup through the drive thru. Tonight I had an item missing, and didn't realize this until I got home. I called and was told that since it wasn't ordered for delivery through doordash there was nothing that could be done unless I wanted to come back and pick up the missing item, that they couldn't refund the item through their own website. Typically, I have had very few issues with Little Ceasars but this upset me- no it's not about the few dollars lost, it's 100% about the lack of customer service. Hopefully they will figure out how to do better. I won't be back to this location for quite a while.

I realize it's hard to make a profit but charging more than a dollar for parmesan cheese is excessive. Couple this with dirty tables and no other customers in sight, it's hard to come back.

Service was very slow, and change was not given back to me until it was obvious there was an issue. Then it came to having to remember what was given money wise. Now normally I would say this is an employee issue. This is clearly due to a lack of leadership in the management and training positions. Also took 15+ minutes for 4 cheese puffs and a hot and ready pizza.

I'm not a huge pizza person but I just noticed last time I went prices had gone way up it cost almost $20 for a crazy bread combo with one normal pepp pizza when before u cld get the crazy bread for like 3-$4 and the reg pizza for like $5-7 a PC for large it was just crazy to me that you could order cheaper off dominos or something with a deal then what used to be known as the cheapest pizza. It worked great for the kids at movie night in the park.
Drive through was simple, ordered and received the pizza I asked for. Brought home for the kids they loved it. The only thing was the pizza was only luke warm, not hot. But the kids didn't mind. But, if I was going to eat it, I would have minded.
