I gave them another shot. Online order was incomplete and I even tipped them. The prices are outrageous for the service that you get. I would avoid.

Honestly so disappointed in this McAlister’s. This used to be my favorite location until all these new kids were hired. They mess up my order every single time. I order the garden-fresh turkey sandwich with gluten free bread, spinach and avocado. They always forget the avocado and barely give me any turkey. The bread is almost always hard or mushy. I get dirty looks and talked about when I bring my order up to get it fixed and/or when I come in. I can hear the employee’s. Management has reached out to me once to give me a coupon but this did nothing. I used that coupon and had my final meal at this location. They are the worst. I hate leaving reviews like this but it is consistent. They do not care about their customers.

I ordered the southwest chicken avocado salad, I got mixed greens with about seven black beans , 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes grilled chicken (no seasoning) , NO corn, onion, cheese , NO Blue corn tortilla strips and 1 sm piece of advocado. A FAR stretch from the pic (which shows about seven slices of avocado on top) and the menu description. I would be hard pressed to order from this restaurant ever again if they can't even make a salad as described!

It’s sad every time we go in there it seems like they have an issue! We love to eat there. Example they advertise “Collossal Carrot Cake but they are ALWAYS OUT OF IT! Just take down the signs and off the menu! We always order nacho basket as an appetizer and it always comes out with the meal!

I wouldn't advice ever applying. Just came in for what was supposed to be a 15 minute in-person interview. The manger of the store I'm assuming is the one who interviewed. All she did was ask my name, number, where I work now and that was it. The interview lasted less than 45 seconds, then got up, walked off and the told me that they will be in touch if they want to move further. I drove 40 minutes away for this interview all to be absolutely disrespected.

I find this overpriced deli a disappointment. Nothing homemade here, including the soups. Typical frozen soups from food service. Too bad they don't have a kitchen in that huge kitchen back there. With a small menu of soup sandwich salad, you would think the company would know how needed menu's like this is right now. I'd beat the door down for a local spot with homemade soup ... but they would have to hire an actual cook for that.

My wife and I have always enjoyed McAlisters Deli food. The food is top notch (a little expensive-but excellent). The last 2 times that we’ve ordered takeout via app I’ve been extremely disappointed. I call upon arrival a couple minutes before quoted time and told it will be right out - IT’S NOT!! Both times, after in excess of 10 minutes, I’ve went in and retrieved it. Just say to customers, we’re really busy and “walk out” is not available right now. But to set it on a shelf, we don’t know exists, and not tell us, is unprofessional and quite irritating. Remove it or reword the option and then we’ll know. Hope Jeff see’s this.

I totally agree with Evonne hillman they kept giving us the stank eye and gave us the wrong order and were being very silly and not kind to their customers😡

The workers are very disrespectful. Did not take our order correctly and when we brought the problem to their attention they were disrespectful as if it was our fault they took the order wrong. We were also given dirty looks and the restaurant had a bad smell. The tea also had a green bean taste. And the waters had floaters.
