McAlister's Deli

This review is mainly for Cassandra. I truly appreciate her impeccable customer service. Sometimes she writes a kind message on our to-go cups. She doesn’t have to but it makes a big difference. Kindness goes a long way! When she is there, the drink station is clean and our to-go order is always waiting on a shelf that’s easy to reach for my short height. I appreciate the ladies there and I know they all take pride in their work. Cassandra goes out of the way to say hello and let you know that you are not just a number or quick order to fulfill. Thank you!

Food is ok. They weren't very presentation or quality focused making the items. I had the Angus rb club and it was 25% fat I ended up throwing away. In my opinion the standard McAllisters is supposed is held to was not met here. Could be better.

Momoko was awesome she was very nice, got my order correct and on time give that girl a raise!

Abigail is very good at her job.

That was the smallest 14$ club sandwich with the least amount of meat I've ever gotten. Tasted good. Service was great.

Love the sandwiches and salads. Sweet tea is good, not to sweet but tasty. Recommend. Pastrami Reuben is available on request. Also the cheesecake Giradelli was very good. Veteran discount friendly.

The staff are always great! The food quality is great and consistent. Sometimes they miss the pickle but otherwise wonderful. They also wrote a wonderful note on my tea lid today and it was so nice to see! That staff member is going the extra mile!

We have never had a bad meal here, everything is good and fresh. Their avocado BLT is yum

This Deli is delightful! Menu offerings are versatile. I tried the grilled chicken salad and they brought me a banquet! I had plenty for a second meal. Veggies were very fresh. Plenty of seating & immaculate restrooms. Easy in/out location with ample parking!

Give the girls that run the curbside pick up a raise! Especially the one with dark hair and braces. I ordered and pulled up pretty quick after and she was still so nice!!

Service was good. The food came out quickly. Salads were freshly prepared. Everything was very tasty, and they did a really good job with making sure we had the right dressings

We absolutely love coming to the Nixa location it is always well kept and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere has a family vibe and the food is always fresh and quickly served! We LOVE McAlister's ❤️ Kid friendly and delicious.

Don't order any drinks they are way overpriced.
