Easy order: Sweet tea/light ice, nachos basket with chili instead of cheese.
Tea was made with full ice, nacho basket showed up with chili and cheese mixed.
The other McAlisters in Springfield always do a nice job with orders, Nixa regularly messes the order up.
I dine at McAlisters very often. I just probably won't in Nixa

If you haven't tried their new lasagna soup, it's my new favorite.
My complements to the lunch crew on Nov 4. People were waited on in a timely manner. Orders were filled rapidly. Jeff, the manager, was helping all.

This review is mainly for Cassandra. I truly appreciate her impeccable customer service. Sometimes she writes a kind message on our to-go cups. She doesn’t have to but it makes a big difference. Kindness goes a long way! When she is there, the drink station is clean and our to-go order is always waiting on a shelf that’s easy to reach for my short height. I appreciate the ladies there and I know they all take pride in their work. Cassandra goes out of the way to say hello and let you know that you are not just a number or quick order to fulfill. Thank you!

Food is ok. They weren't very presentation or quality focused making the items. I had the Angus rb club and it was 25% fat I ended up throwing away. In my opinion the standard McAllisters is supposed is held to was not met here. Could be better.
Momoko was awesome she was very nice, got my order correct and on time give that girl a raise!

Abigail is very good at her job.
That was the smallest 14$ club sandwich with the least amount of meat I've ever gotten. Tasted good. Service was great.
Love the sandwiches and salads. Sweet tea is good, not to sweet but tasty. Recommend. Pastrami Reuben is available on request. Also the cheesecake Giradelli was very good. Veteran discount friendly.
The staff are always great! The food quality is great and consistent. Sometimes they miss the pickle but otherwise wonderful. They also wrote a wonderful note on my tea lid today and it was so nice to see! That staff member is going the extra mile!
We have never had a bad meal here, everything is good and fresh. Their avocado BLT is yum
