This review is mainly for Cassandra. I truly appreciate her impeccable customer service. Sometimes she writes a kind message on our to-go cups. She doesn’t have to but it makes a big difference. Kindness goes a long way! When she is there, the drink station is clean and our to-go order is always waiting on a shelf that’s easy to reach for my short height. I appreciate the ladies there and I know they all take pride in their work. Cassandra goes out of the way to say hello...
Food is ok. They weren't very presentation or quality focused making the items. I had the Angus rb club and it was 25% fat I ended up throwing away. In my opinion the standard McAllisters is supposed is held to was not met here. Could be better.
Love the sandwiches and salads. Sweet tea is good, not to sweet but tasty. Recommend. Pastrami Reuben is available on request. Also the cheesecake Giradelli was very good. Veteran discount friendly.
