Customer service is always great and friendly. BUT . . . you guys have been slacking lately in the morning service. I'm a daily customer and all this week the coffee has barely been warm. Work on it!
Ordered a McRib meal and had to wait forever in the drive thru they ended up walking it out to me well same on me I guess even tho I come across a lot mistakes at that McDonald’s anywho got a Big Mac and small fry? Wtf ridiculous
I was charged for an online order on a night when they were actually closed due to weather. I have called multiple times to try and get a refund and no one will help. Customer service is non existent at this location!
