Everytime i come here im in line for over 20 minutes even with little to no cars and there is always at least one thing wrong with my order. Last time i paid almost 13$ for a meal and received a sandwich from the dollar menu and a fry in my bag. Employee even verbally confirmed my order to me. Catch me driving to Springfield or ozark to ever get McDonald’s again

Ordered a Oreo shamrock mcflurry. They changed the container they come in to a flimsy cup with no top. The mint flavoring is not very good and it wasn't mixed well at all. Come on McDonalds stop charging so much but going so cheap!

Ordered delivery they pushed it back over an hour tried calling the store twice with no answer so I couldn't cancel the order
I was charged for an online order on a night when they were actually closed due to weather. I have called multiple times to try and get a refund and no one will help. Customer service is non existent at this location!

I ordered a single McChicken with extra mayo. Waited 10 minutes in drive through to be handed a spicy mcchicken. I then told them it wasn't right and they took ANOTHER 10 MINUTES to get me a single McChicken WITH NO MAYO. I won't be coming back.
