This place is a joke, the management is so rude.., I would say much about... Just don't come here, go instead to other Ozark locations. I'm going to tell all of my friends. This place management is so discriminative. The owner needs to teach to behave his managers or else the complaint will be filed to a appropriate department.
No wonder people are so negative about this place in the reviews!

I ordered 4 of the Mc Crispy Chicken Sandwiches to take home and when I got home opened the bag and was shocked to see a tiny sandwich the chicken was too small for the bun and so dried out I add mayo (didn’t help) and it had 1 tiny pickle This is unacceptable, the chicken usually a nice piece of breast and juicy

Every morning this is where I get my coffee Carmel ice coffee with extra Carmel best thing they have a coupon code that makes it just $1 totally worth every penny and if your in need of a quick bite to start the day breakfast menu is available till 10:30 AM

You guys need to answer both of the damn drive thru lanes. 3 times in a row I’ve been there they have just sat there letting the other lane go when all I want is a couple sausage mcmuffins. Then I have to leave for work so my time is wasted at this trash establishment.

Cold . They want you to use a kiosk and no drink refills.
McDonald's step back and watch your seniors try and order a meal . And realy for a what a coke cost you have to fight for a refill. And for god sakes turn the heat on so the fries don't get cold before they are set on the table .
Look out front ,if all of your customers are keeping their coats on it might be cold out .

Absolutely awful service. Took 15 minutes to get my food, and the manager during the morning service is a literal child. And on top of that failed to get the correct food. I don’t recommend anyone eating here.

I am a caregiver for special needs people that love to go to McDonald’s. I have to keep track of every penny that they spend last two weeks in a row. I went through McDonald’s to get a drink and they do not give out pennies anymore. McDonald’s need to change their prices to accommodate for that purpose How much money is McDonald’s making by not giving out pennies to every customer that comes through their paying cash.

I have never had an issue with this McDonalds until last night with the little girl who worked at the drive through. If her name is Elizabeth or not, they may have given me an incorrect name. They couldn’t get the orders right in the drive through lane, proceeded to ask me for my receipt, got confused because they messed the row of orders up. Proceeds to give me incorrect order, I tell her it’s incorrect, LASHES out at me because my receipt is incorrect. I’m talking YELLING at ME because the receipt is not MY order? I’m pretty sure that is McDonalds fault and not the CUSTOMERS fault? Maybe do your job correctly and this all wouldn’t be an issue. Getting defensive and screaming at customers because you are stressed all of your orders are incorrect now is very much a McDonald’s staff problem and not the customers. Blew me away. Stomps off and shuts the window while I’m telling her my order. The little girls trash behavior goes well with all of the negative reviews I read about this McDonald’s.

Ordered a McRib meal and had to wait forever in the drive thru they ended up walking it out to me well same on me I guess even tho I come across a lot mistakes at that McDonald’s anywho got a Big Mac and small fry? Wtf ridiculous
